lives in another state rang them. Unfortunately, there are also females who need mobility devices repaired. The receipt is for the battery replacement, but I have been waiting for them to fix the upholstery on my solax scooter from over a year ago. I had to repeatedly ring the Townsville store because the Cairns number was never ever answered and even after being emailed and rung by the Townsville store thet would still not respond. I had a flat tyre on my scooter and I could not go anywhere. I literally pleaded with them on the phone on a message and to this day although it was probably 6 months ago, I have still not had a response. It would be great if I could use another repairer but I live in a regional town in North Queensland and these people are one of the only ones that fix a solax scooter. They show absolutely no care whatsoever for their customers and if you can possibly find anybody else to do what you need done, do yourself a favour and avoid them like the plague
