Highly recommended. So happy – I bought a wig online and it is terrible and Cannot be returned. Thankfully I found the Big Wig!!!!! I paid the same amount as the online wig and I am extatic with the quality and the service I received. No one has guessed it is a wig, even the oncology nurses! Plus it was so good to try on and get confidence and advice instore. Lana was so helpful and knowledgeable! I’ve left business cards in hospitals and Drs because people need to know about this amazing place! I tried to find a place and no one could tell me so I’m pressing the word. Thank you Big Wig. You are a God-send!!!!

Outstanding service – The service, the understanding and the knowledge from Lana today was incredible , empathetic and kind. She read the situation, the needs and gently show many options bringing multiple wigs with no fuss , keeping track of favourites and delivered the most incredible customer service based on really understanding the customers needs . I went to buy a wig due to medical issues but left there traumatised and in tears – I went there to buy a wig (due to the loss of my hair from chronic illness.) NOT to be told by a stranger that I went to for help, what I already knew. That she felt it necessary to tell me how bad my hair loss was and to be traumatised further by a stranger, someone I assumed was professional, is unforgivable and traumatic.
