The sensors that detect air quality don’t work. We have a bushfire close by and the house smells of smoke, turn it on & it is green and says “good” air quality. Turned on my Samsung and the sensors are red and shows “poor” air quality as expected.

I have run it for about 30 mins and still the reading is “good” air quality. Attached is a photo of these readings as well as the photo of the readings from my Samsung purifier.

Not at all satisfied with this product and cannot be bothered dealing with them to rectify. I have seen other reviews stating the trouble they went through to return goods, I ’d rather people know what they are buying.

Very cheap quality. Made out of very lightweight thin plastic. They deleted all of my husband’s reviews from the Facebook and website straightaway. I don’t know where is all those good reviews coming from but I regret buying this product. Please do not waste your money.

Hong unbranded unit. Why has my post been removed from all of your sites??? You seem to not want others to know that the other comments are ones that your company has purchased by the thousands. Company states they emailed me return slip, yet did not. I emailed asking why they had not sent for me to return product, never received reply from them. Ofcourse I do not want anything for free, I have never asked them for anything for free. Never in the last 15 years have I ever found a company such as fraudulent as Biohealing AU. They can slander me as much as they wish. So many true incredibly bad reviews for this company, all detailing facts such as mine. Am awaiting analysis of filter by a hygienist and will post full factual report on this site as soon as report arrives.
