Waste of money – I bought this hoping it was similar to the soap ( which I absolutely loved). Nope, skin still felt like it needed a clean and kinda oily. Please please bring back the soap!
Drying – I can’t believe how dry this made my face !! I used it for about nearly 2 weeks. I was wondering why my face was so dry. I kept using oils and moisturiser and I normally use. Then I remembered I started using this product right about when I noticed my really drying out. All over my face is dry, even under my eyes. It looks horrible especially when I put make up on. I can’t wait to stop using this and see my face back to normal.
50/50 – I think this product works differently for everyone depending on your skin. It did make my first burn within seconds of applying the cleanser , I rinsed it off one minute later & eventually the burning did stop. My face felt super smooth and soft afterwards. After reading the reviews I hope I don’t wake up with bumps but I don’t think I will

Burnt my daughters skin – My 17 year old always uses Charcoal masks on her face however she got the Bioré Whipped Purifying Detox Mask and she didn’t have it on longer than 30seconds and it burnt her face. She is having to put on a cold press and after sun burn to stop it hurting.

Burns – I don't have sensitive skin or allergies so I'm not sure why I reacted so badly to this product! I used this cleanser exactly according to instructions, not leaving it on for too long. I washed it off after about 1 minute because my skin was on fire. My cheeks, nose and forehead was puffy, dark red and blotchy and sore to touch. I. I don't recommend this product, even if you don't have sensitive skin.

Scrub – I use this orange version of the scrub not cleanser. I’ve literally been using it for three days and have noticed a massive difference in pimples, blackheads and blocked pores. I’ve tried everything from dermalogica to professional facials but this cheap product has worked better than all of them. Show reply

think anything with charcoal is great). My advice... do not buy this product. I hope my face can recover from the damage caused by it!!!
Don’t leave it on too long! – When using the cleanser it gives a tingling sensation. However, if left on too long it begins to burn! I use this occasionally and it’s working with my skin better but definitely too harsh to use on my skin everyday.

thought it'll be the best. Never trying it again. I don't have sensitive skin but it had made my skin so sensitive & bumpy.
Biore charcoal cleanser – Terrible product to use.It leaves my face a red spot worst than a sunburn.Never buy this product again or even recommend to other.l dont even have a sensitive skin but this is what happened to my face.
Worst breakout ever – I tried this product for about 2.5 weeks, using it twice a day. It gave me the worst breakout ever! product also dried my skin a lot and made it peel in places. I threw it away. I would not recommend it at all.
Tingling ^.^ – So I purchased this to go along with my acne management routine. I thought that because I was told it can be a little intense that I wouldn't be able to use it every night, but I'm able to use it directly after my other cleanser which has salicylic acid as it's main ingredient but you will definitely know where toothpaste has touched your skin before using it because it burns a little, so maybe brush your teeth after you use this :p
