My Birdies Heritage Raised Garden Bed has a metal floor which leaves wide gaps at each end. There appears to be enough metal pieces to cover the gaps if I cut out square pieces at each corner to go around each post. Should I do this, please?

Hello, What do you recommend lining the bottom of the bed with when planting into the ground to keep moles/gophers out? Thanks

Hi Romari,

We would suggest using Geofabric, it should keep the moles/gophers out while still allowing for drainage Hope this helps

I have assembled a 1.3x600 Birdies raised garden bed which will sit on my balcony floor tiles. Can you provide information about what I should do for a base. For drainage and ensuring the sides of the pod doesn't become distorted? Thank you. Heather Moos

3 yrs later and there's still no information on warranty on the website that I could find or an expected life span etc, for the costs there should be!

I can't find any warranty info for raised beds either but did find some relating to sheds. The warranty covers only the frame and excludes the wall panels, door panels, roof and all nuts, bolts and hinges! In other words. No warranty. But under Australian Consumer Law there is a two year warranty whether Birdies like it or not. It's not very encouraging re the lifespan of raised beds.
