Birdies Heritage Raised Garden Bed Questions & Answers
VerifiedMy Birdies Heritage Raised Garden Bed has a metal floor which leaves wide gaps at each end. There appears to be enough metal pieces to cover the gaps if I cut out square pieces at each corner to go around each post. Should I do this, please?
Hello, What do you recommend lining the bottom of the bed with when planting into the ground to keep moles/gophers out? Thanks
Hi Romari,
We would suggest using Geofabric, it should keep the moles/gophers out while still allowing for drainage Hope this helps
Hi I never heard of it. I’ll check it out Thanks

I went onto Birdies web-site and there is absolutely no mention of any warranty on their colorbond raised garden beds - does anyone know if there is a warranty and how long it mightbne?

Did you manage to find out any information regarding the warranty?
Hi Bev
Happy to provide our warranty, please contact info@birdiesgardenproducts.com.au.
I can't find any warranty info for raised beds either but did find some relating to sheds. The warranty covers only the frame and excludes the wall panels, door panels, roof and all nuts, bolts and hinges! In other words. No warranty. But under Australian Consumer Law there is a two year warranty whether Birdies like it or not. It's not very encouraging re the lifespan of raised beds.
