A family favourite in my household – I've been buying these for years now and find they taste very well. Not sure where the so-called powdery taste or texture comes from with other reviewers. This packet of frozen roast veg is convenient and cost effective for us, rather than having to buy a bag of spuds, carrots and onions, (or buying individually, which is ridiculously more expensive in supermarkets) then try to get the smallest piece of pumpkin. Especially when a small piece of pumpkin is hard to get, and I really don't like to buy food that will just end up going to waste, because we can't eat it all bulk. As for the size of the pieces and cooking them, I toss the entire packet in a bowl and coat them with a bit of oil first. Make sure they are spread out well on a baking tray, not all on top of each other and squashed together. Then if you cook them at 210-220 degrees celsius for 20 minutes, take them out, turn them and put them back in for 15 minutes, they always come out perfectly cooked and great for my household. Perhaps the onion is a bit burnt, but I don't mind some crispy burnt onions. I find the ratio of potatoes to pumpkin to carrot to onion can vary from packet to packet, which is rather strange, though. I'm sure Burd's Eye are importing some of their veg, as it's not always available year round in Australia. So the mismatched amount from packet to packet can be annoying. The number of pumpkin, carrot and onion is usually fine for us. But if there's not enough spuds, I'll just add a few from the packets of frozen roast potatoes that are also on the market. That way we all get enough spuds as we're all lovers of roast potatoes. My elderly mother has become a very fussy eater these days, almost like a young child or toddler, and she just loves them, minus the onion.

Disgusting – Powdery, tasteless veggies. Hardly any potatoes more pumpkin than anything. They were dreadful- not again. The pieces were very small cuts and bland. Carrots we’re rubbery, and the core of the top of the carrot still attached.

Purchased in at Woolworths Physical store.

Absolute Rubbish – I can't believe that actually market something like this. The first thing I was taught how to roast vegetable was to cut them all the same size so they will cook evenly this is not the case with this product you have tiny little carrots little pieces of onion and giant pieces of potato. They come out of the oven pale like boiled vegetable I would definitely not recommend this product. Not like any roast I have had in the last 70 years.

Purchased in at Coles for $5.
