Extremely disappointed with Birds eye frozen beans being that the packets fillers are also including cut off pieces of stalky woody stems, and, heaps of blackened portion ends of the beans that are also being packed into the pack and not being cut out or separated from the bean. Extremely deceitful by Birds Eye, and i will never buy Birds Eye items again!

I agree with the other reviews here, about the quality of the product, I sorted out the scraps from the beans and I lost about 3/4 of a cup when ever a company changes its product they always change the packaging somehow, and I find this packaging takes up more room in freezer.will not be buying it again.

Follow-up  · The new packaging is harder, and thicker, so therefore takes up more room, I have trouble fitting it into the door of the freezer of my fridge. The quality of the scraps were just that scraps, the ends of the beans even stems, and some beans were cut up so small when cooked were just mush

I am disgusted in Birds Eye for their recent huge Shrinkflation in the previous 1kg packs of Frozen Peas and Beans. They have shrunk by almost 25% to a tiny 825g pack but still the same price. While the taste quality may be the same this is just ripping off your customers, who are already struggling with cost of living. Will be looking at other brands from now on.

My son went to buy our usual Birds Eye Baby Peas and couldn't find the packet. After trying at the 3rd Supermarket he found much to his displeasure that Birds Eye have joined the corporate greed of the big Supermarkets and have changed the 1Kg packet to 850gms BUT the price is the same so effectively it's 17% more expensive. Everyone buys frozen peas including our family . The new bag is resealable but really we managed very well with the ordinary thinner plastic one for how many years I cannot remember. Is this plastic recyclable ? Who knows...... "check your locality" . Really ! During COVID the tried and true Aussie Biscuit manufacturers made the biscuits thinner. It's disappointing to be continually facing the greed of the big corporations and doesn't do anything for doing things better instead of worse.

Waste of Money – Have found you are just paying for a frozen bag of scraps, stems and bits and pieces of beans. Purchase for convenience however will now give them a miss and go fresh. Don't waste your money on over priced scraps and not as advertised. Tried to phone Simplot re these Birds Eye Frozen product to no avail. No one ever answers the phone. Had to phone head office in Melbourne to speak with someone. They said the beans should match the photo on the packing. The product in the bag is far from it. Surely they have quality control of their products and this is definitely a fail.
