I was just looking for distribution services and went with this company due to the fact, they don't insert in Catalogues and Newspaper, the flyers actually go in the Letterbox. organised the rush printing of the flyers and had them ready for collection well before the pick up date.

We had no contact the rep and after trying numerous times to contact them as our flyers weren't collected for distribution and the due date was approaching and we were getting very frustrated. The day before the dead line the flyers were collected - then, nothing. No GPS reports, no communication, no calls, nothing. We had specifically requested suburbs where all staff lived, none of which received flyers. So after having to constantly chase up with the rep - this completely unprofessional employee of Bizpromo has used every excuse under the sun (most of which are so ridiculous it's a confirmation of what a joke and embarrassment of a company this is).

We have been blamed for apparently not labeling boxes correctly (they were), then he blamed the walkers, then he said the job was done, then he confirmed it wasn't, then he promised to get it done (it was too late - it was a time sensitive job), then he blamed the account manager, then he said he wasn't well and couldn't follow it up, then he said we would have our flyers returned (they haven't been) then he finally said we would have a reimbursement.

We requested it to be escalated to someone more senior then him - he said there wasn't anyone - we then get an email supposedly from another person in the company apparently more senior, who confirmed we would get a refund. Since then of course this person has taken ill and can't process the refund (obviously). We have had to constantly call to get this resolved and it has still not been reimbursed - it's now 3 months after we paid them for a job they did not complete.

Don't use them, it's clearly not an isolated incident as the company claims it to be. Honesty the worst company we have ever dealt with, the worst customer service and an absolute disgrace that they are still ripping other businesses off.

Once I engaged there call centre I was passed onto one of there sale representatives by the name of [name removed].

I took a liking to their sales pitch, promises and persistence over a 3 week period where he would call me several times a week promising me the world. I genuinely trusted Biz Promo and [name removed] and what I was being promised and have all documentation to prove my facts.

As promised and as per our contract (Paperwork) I was assured the campaign will run over a 2 to 3 week period.

All flyers to be stand alone letter box drops on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Once again I have all the paperwork in support of my argument in this totally poor review towards Biz Promo.

We made full payment prior to any works commencing as per there Tax Invoice of $8,000 on the 17th of August 2017.

Since payment was made I have heard every excuse under the sun and to this day 30th of November 2017.

I still have not had one update or email confirming any the flyers have been printed or distributed. Totalling over 3 months with no proper proof of printing the flyers, distribution or any email confirmation that any of the work has been done.

I am in the position where the business, my personal life and stress level has suffered dramatically not to mention the loss of time chasing Biz Promo and loss of income due to Biz Promo and there unprofessional conduct towards me and Datastream Solutions P/L.

Biz Promo ([name removed]) have promised Datastream Solutions P/L 3 weeks ago a full refund will be made due to no works being carried out and yet we are still waiting in desperation for our refund as the business is suffering due to there lack of communication, false advertising and taking advantage of our good nature.

I have been left with no choice but to seek legal action so I warn anyone out there that is considering using Biz Promo please do yourself a favour and stay away.

ready for collection on Fri, 20th Oct 2017 but we never heard from them. Numerous emails were sent to them, no reply. You can't contact them as they will NEVER provide you their contact number except for the call centre number published in their website (which is an out-sourced 3rd party company). Btw, there is no company address & general phone number in their website. You can't speak to anyone from Bizpromo. You are only allowed to leave messages at call centre. I called & left messages at call centre at least 3 times but they never return my call. Our 51,000 flyers were left at the printer company uncollected until Wed, 25th Oct 2017 after so many reminders with a small Honda car (btw, it should have been collected on Fri before, 20th Oct 2017 & distribution should start on Mon, 23th Oct 2017) & obviously it couldn't fit all the 51,000 flyers. AND the flyers were returned to the printer company on the next day in an early wee hours without anyone noticing it. HOW UNRELIABLE IS THIS COMPANY?? After numerous follow up emails to them, the flyers collected again on Fri, 27th Oct 2017 but there is no evident that the flyers were distributed. Fyi, the distribution should have been completed on Sat, 28th Oct 2017. We did some spot check at certain suburbs on Sat, 28th Oct 2017 but no flyers were found. We sent them few emails to BIZPROMO to provide us proof that the flyers were distributed but til today 31th Oct 2017, they are unable to provide any proof. As they did not complete the order and I have paid for the service and they are unresponsive to my calls and emails. I am now in talks with consumers affairs with my company lawyer as I require a refund for these services. interested in the full debacle that ensued and is still unfolding 4 months later.

Customer service was great when walking me through the point of sale and flyer distribution process, then once they had my money it was almost impossible to contact them. Eventually I received a number of phone calls attempting to butter me up whilst delivering a number of excuses until eventually after 3 months they explained that my flyers had been damaged from their lack of care and proper storage, then another call explaining that they had in fact lost them. It seemed they had no idea what they were doing except when it came to dodging me.

At this point they did admit responsibility and apologized once again for their poor performance and follow up and they agreed to reprint the flyers and distribute them as initially agreed on a set date that suited me since they had missed the window for the initial promotion by this stage as this cat and mouse chase had been going on for about 3 months. But the story does not end here on a positive note unfortunately, it only gets worse.

Unfortunately we are back to the old cat and mouse game ... Flyers were never delivered on the agreed date a second time and I haven't heard from them or been able to contact them since despite the empty apologies and promises of keeping me in the loop re: reprint and distribution dates. $1200 and 4 months chasing these guys down and I have nothing to show for it.

They made some very good suggestions and advised that I go for a heavier stock, which is more costly, but they explained that People re less likely to throw away a quality printed item. I was presented with a list of Candidates to choose from. A Skype session was set up, so I could be involved in the briefing of the group. A plan was then put together to have People stand at certain CBD locations to catch the morning and evening transit, working population. Over a 3 week period approximately 300,000 flyers were handed out.

This is not a cheap project to do as the People need to be well spoken, but the hourly rate was reasonable and included all training and transport of the People.

I am now looking doing a similar promotion in other parts of the Country. What I found very attractive, is that they have People with local knowledge of each City, which really helped target the best places to distribute from.

It was more expensive, but when gauged against the cost of producing the magnets it was well worth the extra cost.

I found that the response rate was much higher than if I went through with other Flyers with general mail, as I normally would do. I was given reports on where and when my Flyers went out and this helped me track conversions and was more cost effective than using appointment setting Telemarketers.

This is not the cheapest service, but I found the results were worth the extra cost.

Real Estate Clients Biz Promo has in these areas and the volume of property sales they said these Businesses turn over.

In a few short weeks I have picked up a number of good size removal jobs and the campaign has more than paid for itself. We did have a short delay due to bad weather, but I was kept advised of this and received GPS reports when the drop was completed. I will be marketing to other suburbs in the new financial year.

October 25th 2017 Update: Run Several more drops and still getting results

I have been doing drops of 15,000 in different sections of Melbourne. Still no substantial issues. Occasional delays with weather. The Area Teams I was assigned has always done the work. I booked well ahead as I want back loads to Sydney and surrounds before I leave for Melbourne.

I will keep using them over the next few months to complete the campaigns I have planned then give it a break for a bit until new year and start again if all keeps going well.
