advance. Unfortunately, the services we paid for were not rendered. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue through email communication, the company has refused to issue a refund or even acknowledge our legitimate grievances.

This experience has not only caused significant inconvenience but also financial loss. The lack of response and refusal to rectify their mistakes highlights a severe lack of professionalism and ethical standards. Such behavior is unacceptable and should warn other international businesses and clients considering their services.

I strongly advise against engaging Black Bow Chauffeur and urge potential clients to refrain from making advance payments. The risk of non-delivery of services and the subsequent financial loss is alarmingly high.

It is crucial for overseas companies to exercise caution and consider alternative service providers who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and ethical business practices. Do not let your organization fall victim to the same pitfalls we encountered with Black Bow Chauffeur.

30% cancellation fee with one month's notice – I booked a car from BNE airport to the Gold Coast. I had a change in flight (as often happens with travel), they kept 30% as an 'admin' cancellation fee (they retained more than $100) despite the trip being cancelled more than 1 month out. Disgraceful and completely unworkable for a company that is supposed to deal with airport transfers. Will never use them, so they've lost a lot of future business from us.

Group Event – Booked BlackBow for an event in Brisbane for my staff members and we were very happy with service provided by BlackBow team. Nice and clean cars with professional drivers. Highly recommended

Airport Transfer - car is not as shown in website – Do not ever use this company for your airport transfers! fine and the car was nice and clean, a red Camry. That was fine. For my Business Service, they sent me the same car and driver, which I thought, hold on, I ordered a Business Service (different fleet selections) and paid $30 more! So I called the company and said you sent the wrong car. They dared to say: oh that’s the only available car right now as you booked best available. That’s just crap, I booked the trip separately days beforehand, paid separate processing fee and deliberately booked Business not Next Available. If I wanted Next Available, I would have booked a Return trip and paid way cheaper! The lady who took my call insisted that there’re no other options, it was my fault of choosing Next Available and she was quite rude about it. In the end I asked them to cancel the job and refund me fully, which they said they would do. Needless to say the whole drama took almost half hour and I was almost late to the airport. What kind of chauffeur service doesn’t prepare beforehand when the job is booked days in advance! So my advice is, just use taxi service, at least you know what you get.

Amazing experience – Booked blackbow chauffeur for our wedding Anniversary dinner and we were impressed with the best customer experience by the whole team.
