Waste of money – My machine has never been able to spray out any water, so unable to use it at all, so pretty useless really considering it is a window washing device, and it leaks.
Waste of money – Product has never sprayed Black and Decker wouldn't return it without the receipt (was a gift) faulty vacuum works so basically I have a vacuum for spills SAVE YOUR MONEY
Makes life easy – If your someone that cleans their windows on a regular basis this gem will make your life so much easier. It's great for inside or out. As I live in a very dusty area, when I use it outside I still hose off my windows and screens and give them a broom with soapy water and then after rinsing again I use the window cleaner which is great and leaves them streakfree without any extra work. Inside I totally use this unit from start to finish on my windows and mirrors... have even used it on the car ...
Quick and easy way to clean windows – I'm a bit OCD about clean windows and with lots of windows in our house, I bought this item as a super cheap special, thinking if it didn't work as well as it should, I wouldn't have wasted a lot of money. I was very pleasantly surprised with the ease of use and the light weight of this window washer. It leaves a brilliant, streak free finish on the windows and because you can vacuum all the water and suds off the windows it can be used inside as well. Rather surprisingly it came with a 2 year warranty.
It can be used as an all-in-one window cleaner (it has a reservoir for water, spray nozzle, a rotating head and a fibre cleaning pad) but I find it easier and quicker to fill a bucket with soapy water with a dash of metho and vinegar, use a car brush to wash to window, then vacuum off the dirty suds with the window washer. Quick and easy and no mess. It takes about 4 hours to charge from empty to full and has about a 20 minute running time. Whilst this doesn't sound much, given the way I do my windows this is more than enough to do them inside and out. My only gripe - the on-off button should be on the handle not the front of the unit, but you learn to live with it! Otherwise a great little unit which was well worth the investment.
