Disappointed in the polly bucket hat...it's not a bucket hat...nothing like the pictures..it has a larger floppy rim... not what I wanted. Not great quality..overpriced for what it is.
very happy with my purchase from black ice Australia. Two pairs of beads for my reading glasses. Delivered in a timely manner. Communication is good. I will purchase from Black Ice again.
Not good – 2 pairs of sunnies, both broken in the same place, l have had enough, l will not be purchasing another pair EVER, good sunnies but highly flawed frames, it's a shame.
Bought 10 X 2 pack of COVID tests. Received 10 tests – I bought 10 X 2 pack each = 20 COVID tests. They were the good tests so they weren’t cheap. They sent me 2 X 5 pack each = 10. I sent them an email with photos of my order and a photo of the packs I received and asked them to send me the remaining 10 tests. Their return email said they will get back to me in 48 hours. 8 days later I’m still waiting for a response. Not happy. We had COVID and needed to test each day!
Customer service resolved issue – I purchased a very fashionable pair of blue block glasses. They are called “Blue block zero/0.0). I bought them in pink. The glasses are very comfortable, I don’t get pain or discomfort behind the ears. After a few days one of the arms of the glasses fell off. customer service where they got some extra information from me. After I explained what happened, Erica was wonderful and urgently sent me a replacement pair of the same glasses. I can happily say that this pair works PERFECTLY and has so far lasted me a few weeks. Mistakes can always happen on factory lines. I do not believe there is any problems with the quality of these glasses and I am very happy with my replacement pair of the same model. I do recommend using this company!
Terrible sunglasses – I purchased Unisex Mark black blue sunglasses from Black Ice Australia on 9th March and wore them twice before the frame cracked near the nose bridge. The frame is very flimsy, thin, brittle plastic. I sent an email to the company through their contact page and heard nothing. Unimpressed and won't purchase from Black Ice again.
