Nigtmare experience – The worst property management group in Perth. 18 months of mismanagement compelled COO issue of "show cause" notice and termination of management contract. Handover revealed COO accounts insolvent with no notification of financial status received prior to or post termination. Be warned, stay away, legally incompetent and should not be permiited to operate.

Great experience – First time buying property and have had a great experience so far. Paul who I have been dealing with has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the process. Looking forward to completion!

Great Service – Paul Robinson was very professional and helpful throughout the process of buying my first apartment at East Village. He was always available to answer any questions, even after office hours, and he made an extra effort to ensure I got exactly what I wanted in my apartment. I can't wait to move in!

Only provide minimum required follow up – Bought an apartment from Blackburne which we then got them to manage the lease on. Just after the year was up tenants moved out. When we took back the apartment there were a number of faults that Blackburne won’t fix as past 1 year. Problem is they managed the property and didn’t report the faults as part of inspections. So we get screwed both ways. I thought they were a quality company but no better than the rest of the cowboys out there.

Useless and irresponsible – Had numerous dramas with the current and previous places under Blackburn strata management. Some examples: Building security took more than 6 months to be modified and strengthened. Not arranging replacement for building's stolen security cameras for more than 2 weeks. rolling door was left unfixed and open for 10 days putting all residents' cars at risk. Not paying attention to residents' petition regarding building awful situation. and quite recently just now, no hot water in the whole building for more than 2 days and still going on. They are rude and not-responsive. Money wasters.

Shame on you Blackburn. You've already missed one of your serious customers to buy one of your apartments. No more apartment just because of you as a useless strata.

Terrible Service – The Property Manager Amy does not look after you. She forces you into a 12 month lease because she would not fix the black mould on the bathroom ceiling unless you sign a 12 month lease. This maintenance issue was a 5 week fight. She makes you change the security lights for the complex when it is her job to do this. She gives you the wrong advice and wrong information.

Great property managment – Great experience with Blackburne representative on our Claremont rental. Quick replies, Maddisson paid attention to our needs with great efficiency.

We are very happy that we were able to refinance our mortgage and obtain a far lower interest rate than the previous lender. The application took a while to be assessed, but this was due to the new lender having a backlog of applications.
