No warranty – We bought some blind ring pulls 5 months ago. We have just asked for a replacement as one had come apart. It was abruptly refused and we were advised that warranty was 30 days, which he considered reasonable. He then tried to blame us for the failure! Avoid this Company if you want any after sales service.

lift your game – not impressed at all , to future shoppers if you order sumthing be specific on numbers of parts you need as dave has his own ideas on how many you need, if you see brackets in the picture be sure to ask for how many you need , utherwise you will be buying more , and to no fault of daves it didnt help that i paid $35 to freight a 1.4 metre length… Read more

of shower rail and took a week to get to qld from vic, all up an $80 bad experiance if i could find sumone else who sells these parts i would .and in the same week i ordered a 25 kilo hot water system from rv parts in vic at no cost and was here in 24 hrs, next time il get them to send my stuff to rv parts and get them to ship it to me .

Poor customer service and compliance with contract law – I ordered a part from Blind Part by Dave, having paid for shipping to my residential address. After receiving a note from Aus Post "Delivery attempted - unable to gain access" despite 2 people being home and NO leave in a safe place requested, I contacted [Name Removed] to say that the item has not been delivered as paid for and contracted with… Read more

Despite several attempts to get resolution from [Name Removed] (e.g. redelivery, reshipping, or a refund on the shipping cost), [Name Removed] kept blaming me and putting it on me to contact Aus Post knowing, as I advised, that Aus Post never resolve such issues with the receiver and have no legal obligation to do so given the receiver does not contract Aus Post for the delivery, the seller has the contract with them for delivery. In the end I have had to lodge a complaint to Consumer Affairs.

Contrasting this to a similar delivery issue I had with an another business not long ago where they showed concern and did all things possible to resolve it at their end without argument, [Name Removed] has a bit to learn about customer service and contract law.

Absolutely Fantastic – Last month I ordered 28 vertical blind replacement blinds for two medium windows at my mother's home at Georgetown NSW. All blinds were the same length. Good prompt online service – I ordered a large number of pinch pleat curtain hooks. Dave had all available sizes, which was great because I wanted the 38mm size which not everyone carries. Great price - .20 cent each. Online purchase was simple & easy. They were posted promptly and arrived within days. I was very pleased with the transaction. Thank you, Dave.

Great spare parts service – I needed to replace an Acmeda roller blind Sidewinder. With a few question I chose to make a 100km round trip to Blind Parts by Dave. My questions were answered before I asked them. They highlighted the cause of the problem, saved me from purchasing an additional part that I thought I needed and showed me how to reinstall the mechanism. 10 minutes total, worth the 100k trip.

Perfect sales and service – We live in the country so contacted Dave in person and described the part we needed to fix the blind. He asked some questions to determine exactly what we required and posted it out for us. We thought it was the wrong one but when we contacted him again he explained how to adjust it and even sent instructions via email. Perfect sales and service.

Somehow the delivery was delayed by Aus Post and Dave replied to our concern promptly with relevant info but never tried to sell other more expensive products which lots of other businesses would do to us.

We highly recommend Dave’s service! We need more of this type of professional business people! All the best to Dave and his business!

Great Customer service – Even though I originally received the wrong size blind mechanism through a misunderstanding, Dave and his staff were very helpful in ensuring I received the correct part in a very timely manner. They were very easy to deal with and quite accommodating and helpful. I certainly recommend them.
