Not sure are s lot of alternatives right now but it has its cons – I purchased these to power my AC180 power station and it goes that job brilliantly. But there are cons to be considered before buying. This folds out into a very large array and finding sites where it can work at Max capacity is not always easy. The self closing brackets on the back are both a blessing and a curse. You have to be super careful about how you setup and move this thing. Its not unbreakable.

The array is hel together with fabric where the wiring is held. That is what enables it to fold but it feels delicate and I'm questioning it's durability with full time use.it would be quite easy to break the wiring if you don't handle it carefully.

It's expensive but it's also about half the weight and size of rigid panel portables and better performance than many solar blankets. So ....

It feels like a compromise product in a space where the tech is dill evolving. It might be a case of the best compromise unt something better comes along.

Bluettis customer mgt is done entirely through Asian call centres. The English is not always perfect along with all the usual problems of staff for hirei instead of dedicated staff. Although they do always get back to you quickly.

Purchased in for $1,200.

HOT SPOTS, DEFECTS and POOR Customer Service BUT Eventually "Made Whole" – I purchased 3 x PV350 on the 24th of November 2022 and have only really started using 2 of them in the last few weeks. On the 25 January 2023, I noticed one of our PV350 panels seems defective after only a few weeks of use it has developed a Hotspot and delamination in one corner and a “silicone” thread has emerged from under the solar panel in another corner.

Also one of the other PV350’s has a silvery metallic inclusion embedded in it but as of yet no “Hot Spot” or Damage has occurred. This seems to be a fragment of the silver trace wire in the solar cells, left over from manufacturing.

I originally contacted Bluetti on the 25th of January 2023 and after a few reminder Emails they finally responded to me on the 16th of February 2023.

They were apologetic and asked how I had connected the panels up, how many were connected, if they had shade on them etc.

I sent them photos showing the damage and showing the setup as requested but they always ask for me to resend these images with every correspondence.

21 February 2023 - Still no reply about what Bluetti will do ie. REPLACE, REFUND, REPAIR, RETURN.

UPDATE... 24 February 2023, they responded asking for the Serial Numbers of the PV350 and the PV120. (The Serial Numbers are on the connection point where the lead attaches to the Solar Panel).

Then replied they would send me out replacements next Monday, which is now Last Monday.

These panels are not cheap ($1,399) and only have a 12 month warranty.

I am disappointed and surprised by the faults which have arose only after a few week use.

However, although their Customer Service is far from Good. They eventually "Made Me Whole" by replacing the defective Solar Panels. The effort required to reach a Satisfactory outcome, however, was rather significant and far from painless.

PS. I also bought 2 of their PV120 panels originally and one of them also has a Hotspot.
