Amazing after sales service – We gave our 20 year old kitchen a facelift and asked the installer to replace some broken brackets on a few of our drawers. He had a look at them and told us that as they were Blum brackets we should contact Blum for free replacements. I am very pleased to report that the brackets were replaced in a few days without any hassles at all. Special thanks to Katie for handling our case so quickly.

intended and as designed, and as clearly shown in the Blum specs. However fortunately the original hinges were Blum hinges, and fortunately when I contacted Blum for advice I was assisted by the customer service manager Johnny. Even though the problem was not caused by Blum or by the use of Blum hinges, Johnny helped me understand the problem, and found a Blum solution. This allowed me to use my cupboards, without causing panel damage, and without having to totally rebuild my cabinetry. Thanks for service over and above what could be expected.
Good customer service trumps problems – I had two soft-close hinges on our bathroom cabinet fail after about 3 years. Our bathroom supplier was not interested in helping us, so I sent a photo of the hinges to Blum. There were no arguments. They replaced both hinges no questions asked. I very happy to see this level of service from an Australian company.

Fantastic Customer Service – A cabinet hinge failed on our home, which was built 26 years ago. I found the Blum code on it and when investigated, found that they were superseded 21 years ago. Brilliant showroom consultant – We’ve had the pleasure of meeting the Blum showroom consultant Cherie in the Osborne Park store twice now. Wow what an amazing person. Cherie was exemplary in her product knowledge, went over and above demonstrating key design issues to us, was extremely personable in her approach and very professional. Incredible customer service – The Blum hinges broke on a kitchen cabinet (kids swinging on them tend to do that unfortunately). Exemplary customer service – I have searched for a solution to my Kaboodle pantry hinge problem for some time. The hinges on my pantry door lost their closing function. They still had the soft close units but the doors would stop between 1/2 & almost closed unless you put some force behind it. I contacted Kaboodle as they have a ten year warranty on their products. Thinking that they could replace the hinges. They informed me that, because I was not the original purchaser then, there was no warranty. I accepted this but thought they mustn’t have a great deal of confidence in their product and that they are cheapskates.
I noticed that the hinge had the word “Blum” on it. I emailed Kaboodle a photo of the hinge and the name “Blum” asking if they could tell me where I could get a replacement. No reply. No after sales responsibility.
I researched Blum and found a hinge company by the same name. I sent a photo and the hinge and the problem. They replied the next day saying that the hinge I had had been superseded. When I asked where I could buy them they said they will replace the hinges free of charge.
Highly recommended.
