Absolute scammers. Didn't work. Useless. Requested a refund but they insisted on me keeping and they would refund 75%. They never did. When I followed it up, they said the enquiry was closed. Still haven't received a refund and obviously never will. DO NOT deal with Blumeheat it is a SCAM Show details
I bought 4, one came with distorted pins, one was damaged, the other two were useless, only feel a little warm standing 1 M away after running for 30 Min. after 15 back & forth emails, they promised to refund and then say my inquiry was closed, start again, still haven't seen my money after 7 weeks, not optimistic. absolute scammers ! Follow-up · My initial impression.was it could replace central heating.and it was overstated a scam my experience was impossible until I wrote the review then they returned the..cost of the warranty $75. All 3 of the heaters i purchased do not heat even a very small room eg bathroom, and don't even reach the set temperature after an extended time, I'm extremely disappointed that none of the heaters purchased lived up to their advertised heating capabilities. Show details
These heaters don’t exist, I lost $200 I did it in good faith as it said it was invented by an Australian. That was not true. They fob you off every time I try to contact them. They even said they have sent me replacements I bought 4 for my bedrooms, they are taking in so much money from people like me, and I am an aged pensioner that can’t afford… Read more
to lose $200.( They advertise every where) but the heater does not exist. I ordered in May and am still waiting. they say that they will give you a tracking number once you order that is not true. Do not buy from this company, they are scammers, and are making millions of dollars from lies and deceit. I do hope that Kama finds these people, and they get what they deserve.

Terrible service model, so don't waste your time ordering. All reviews on their website are paid fakes, hence why you can't write a review yourself. They falsely advertise saying shipment is done within short time frame and tracking info will be provided, which doesn't happen unless you chase it up over and over again. within 12 business days but certainly does not happen. Then they stuff you around by sending empty promise emails saying it will be sent, but still no tracking info until you have to chase your bank up to recover the possible SCAM sale. If purchased via paypal they will certainly lie against very clear evidence that is provided to paypal. When order eventually showed after many emails chasing the order it was found that they are not made for Australian market and an adaptor is provided, which doesn't support the weight of the heater itself, so regularly drops off the wall plug. This means it needs to be taped to hold, which is a possible FIRE hazard. On top of that the disproportioned weight on the power point would also have unnecessary damage over time.
Don’t waste your money . Bought 4 of these and they simply don’t work . Ran it for about 40 minutes on 32 degrees and barely any air was coming out and the little that was , was cold air . Their reviews on their site are clearly fake so better to check the reviews on this site or trustpilot if you are considering . If I could give a minus score I would . Scam ! Show details
Definitely shonky, don't go there, total waste of money, another scam site flogging Chinese reject rubbish, it worked however the unit would be struggling to heat the smallest of rooms. Show details

As a thermodynamics engineer, I can say that this product cannot work. There are many sites out there confirming this. Check it with Google. This is a plug-in wall heater that uses electrical resistance to heat an air flow. Claims are made that this device uses almost no electricity. This is not technically possible in this type of heater. You will not heat a room in just minutes. Buyers be warned. https://www.blumeheat.com
