Customer service is non-existent – Can't fault product quality, but customer service is non-existent. Bought an Blunt Exec in Navy from the Australian ite. Have repeatedly emailed (as per their return process on the website) and messaged on social media about organising an exchange, and have had precisely zero response. Getting the sense this is deliberate so that the 30-day return window runs out.

Unique design compromises coverage – Unique wavey design but ends up being a detriment to the product. The Classic umbrella is actually on the larger size but because of the curved edges, a lot more rain actually ends up getting in than with normal umbrellas. Ended up returning because the design frustrated me. Packaging was really disappointing as well - damaged and very flimsy for a premium priced umbrella.
