Stinks of plastic – Bought one and used it for 1 month and it still smelled of toxic cheap plastic. Sold it for half price just to get rid of it. I guess you get what you pay for. Never again. Show details

heated tube, after many nights of trying to adjust I just turned the feature off, I've not missed it and if I find I need it in future I'll happily buy a heated hose before trying.
Strangely, my machine didn't have the reslex feature turned on (this makes it easier to breathe out by automatically backing off the pressure), I held down the ramp button (on the right) until the settings menu appeared and turned it on from there - this adjustment made a huge difference for me.
After one month of owning it I now actually look forward to going to bed, my wife says my snoring has completely stopped, I'm not waking up every 40 minutes, in fact I'm sleeping though the night for the first time I can remember and I finally wake up refreshed each morning.
I honestly can get quite emotional explaining just how much this machine has improved my quality of life.
Good machine – Very quiet, easy to operate. Mine came with three different mask sizes which was helpful. Bought the optional heated tube. My machine takes an SD card - provided, but the manual does not tell me which app I need to read the data. Show details
Avoid buying from Sleep Dynamics – Bought this after being diagnosed and nothing but problems. Sold me a hire machine as being new. Clips on water tank keep breaking, water pools in hose and gurgling. Mouldy smell. Returned machine as under warranty.Tried to get refund and they won’t refund the $1339 paid but will sell me another machine for more money. So they have my money and the machine. Wake up refreshed – I purchased this machine on Wed and Received Friday. The delivery was very quick. The machine it self is great can adjust all you own settings and is super quite. The other great feature is uploading data from the IQ scan on the app and monitor your sleep patterns, for $795 Can’t go wrong, for an extra 100 or so you can buy the heater hose but I haven’t gone that way. Sleep like a baby now – My old CPAPMachine gave up the Ghost on me so I went on the Computer and found one. I Phoned on the 8/10/20 and it arrived at my home on the 13/10/20. fREE postage. Great price at under $850.
Not as good as it seems! – I purchased the BMC LUNA IQ last week and am now returning it . The hose has no copper wire in it like most hoses do which means whilst the water is heated the hose is not, the result being that condensation builds up in the hose and you end up breathing in damp all night! response was to put the machine on the floor (!) so it's lower than my head (made little difference) and put the tube under the duvet (not possible as the hose needs to be in a specific place to reach and allow a good sleep.) I suppose in summer it'll be fine but winter you'd have big problems. Better off spending the extra for a good one (and CPAP Sales charging me $200 to return it as a 'restocking' fee - what a rip off!)

I used a nasal mask before but I decided to try Nasal Pillows with this machine as the price included a free mask. They have been great, so light and easy, should have tried them years ago.
Mostly, for the price, I was worried that the machine would be noisy. Not at all, it's incredibly quiet. Also, being an AutoCPAP, I'm finding that it adjusts to a lower setting than I would typically have run my old CPAP at overnight (11 cmH20). Typically, I'm now ranging much lower than that when I am asleep. I'm waking up refreshed.
Build quality seems to be at least as good as better known brands. It's smaller and more compact, the carry-case it came with seems great although I haven't been away with it yet so I can't vouch for the robustness.
Very pleased so far with this purchase. Less than half the price of other machines with better performance.
