Bodum Twin Questions & Answers
VerifiedHow to refill my Bodum geo beechwood salt and pepper grinder set?
How do open my Bodum to refill it?
Hello Rokeya, you can refill the grinder by lifting the top of the grinder. This is the part with the silicone band. When you are finished filling up salt and pepper, you can place the lid on top of the grinder again. Many thanks Bodum Australia & New Zealand
My Bodum stopped grinding. How do I fix it?
Hi Cindy, We are sorry to hear. Kindly send an email including some images, clearly showing the product and fault to our customer service team via online.australia@bodum.com and we will be able to assist further. Kind regards, Bodum Australia
Suggest you replace it with a Kuhn Rikon brand of grinder. They're attractive, strong and reliable. I couldn't say the same about my Bodum grinder.
Is this still available? I can’t find it in stock
I'm sorry I don't know. I suggest you ask Bodum Australia.
Dear Fiwi, thank you for your question. We have experienced a delay in the manufacturing of our Twin salt & pepper grinders. These should be back in stock later this year. Have a great day. Bodum Australia
I have just bought a model 11368. I must be a dummy but I can't figure out how to fill it? There;''s no small round button on the side of this model.
Hello Mike, The BODUM salt and pepper grinders are filled by removing the top. Place the grinder on the work surface and lift up the grip of the grinder (null not turn). Please contact our office at office.australia@bodum.com should you have further questions.
Thank you.

Hi Mike. I'm sorry but I can't help you with the product. The Bodum grinder I had broke a few years and I threw it out. I hope you're successful in finding out how to refill it. All the best. Jon.
Thank you Bodum Australia. I followed your instructions and managed to open mine.
How do you open it to refill?
There's a small round button on the side which you pull open. It reveals a small chute into which you pour the salt crystals or peppercorns.
I never got to fill mine. Only had it a week when the grinding mechanism completely failed and broke through the plastic casing. Cheaply made with inferior quality components, so won't be bothering with bodim again, all style and no quality.
