It’s been two weeks since I placed my order. It hasn’t been dispatched, and all my emails have gone unanswered. Clearly, this company is a scam.
Ordered from these guys a week ago. Was advised the package was on its way a week later (so much for next day delivery). It never arrived. I've sent them 3 emails now none if which have been replied to and its impossible to call anyway one. Bank and fair trading now getting involved. Scam company don't trust the other reviews saying they are legit. Total scam.

companies with no phone number at all to contact them. They do not have a physical address either. Now we have a faulty product within warranty period that we will have to replace.
Follow-up · There has been no attempt of a follow up from bodymassager.com.au. They are actually trying to claim that it was misuse that caused the issue without even making contact with me. Not what is advertised – I recently purchased a pair of Elite Pro Wagnum compression boots. Upon receiving them, I was immediately disappointed to find that there was no brand labeling anywhere on the product. about this issue, and their response was unsatisfactory. They attributed the problem to manufacturer issues, but failed to inform customers about these problems beforehand. As a result, I received a product that is not as advertised and of significantly lower quality. Given that the boots are unopened and unused, I have requested a full refund. I am still awaiting a response from the company. I strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious when purchasing products from this company. Their lack of transparency and customer care is unacceptable.
