Astonishing Results – I was introduced to Body Blade in May of this year after an arm injury by the PT group I was seeing for rehab. I bought the Classic shortly thereafter. I am up to 17 minutes per movement, incorporating that many different movements. I'll be 75 in March. I'm female and, true confession, I have been working out for 43 years and I'm no stranger to weights, aerobics, nor floor work. I have added the Body Blade to my regime and see a notable difference in muscle tone. All of the minor muscles are engaged along with the major ones. It's hard work to sustain a minute in any direction. But, if it were easy to be fit everyone would be.

Amazing results – Full disclosure: I was a gym junkie when I was young, until a near fatal car accident damaged my spine. My bodyweight doubled in three years after the accident. Years later I lost 30kgs but am still obese. I'm now in my early 50's and working on getting fit again. The Body Blade is hard work - no question - but I am getting incredible results so fast. I'm only doing the six minute workout until I get stronger and fitter, but already my core is strengthening. My posture is improving. And I don't have to get on the floor to work out.

I'll never give up my Body Blade. 10/10

Very difficult to use – I bought this product from TVSN after seeing advertised and used by the developer. They made it look very easy. When I bought it I found it really difficult to use and physically very hard and exhausting on the body. I do have osteoarthritis in my joints but I still expected it to be a lot easier than it was. I'm very disappointed in the product and actually can't use it at all now. Complete waste of money. Don't bother buying it if you are not in peak physical condition!! I was able to resell it and the DVDs on eBay, thank goodness for that.
