This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. If the product cannot be delivered, the company should at least communicate clearly or process a refund promptly.
I would strongly caution others to be careful before purchasing from this business until they improve their communication and reliability.

I had excellent service from this company with fast and effective communication. I was surprised by some negative comments and reached out to the company directly. Placed a post-surgery compression order in May. Heard nothing for 2 months despite numerous emails and web enquiries. To our surprise at the end of july received tracking advice via email. Shame it was no longer needed. Good quality product but absolutely terrible service. Avoid if at all possible.
Hard to get in contact with – I have been trying to get in contact with you since Thursday, my garments still haven't been shipped and I wanted to change it for express post, there is no phone number to call. And I don't think it is going to arrive in time.

What began as a frustrating problem turned into a very positive experience. The compression garments I received are excellent – comfortable, medical-grade, and great quality.

A scam :( – Like everyone else is saying, don't buy from this site. It looks like it used to be a legit shop, but has recently been taken over or turned into a scam. Purchased the size which they said would fit, upon receiving the stockings, my OT, support worker and I could not even get them on my feet with the help of a donner. labeled or I was given the wrong sizing information. Bodyment refused to give me an exchange or refund as they claim the stockings had "been worn". I'm not sure how you can consider them worn if I couldn't even get them on! Worst customer service ever! Do not shop here.

Purchased neck and head wrap – Purchased neck and head wrap to help reduce lymphoedema from neck surgery. Myself and physio are pleased with results of wearing it. Even managing to sleep with it on Highly recommend this wrap. However to navigate ordering on your website is a nightmare. Thank goodness for the chat room.

I was taken in by the apparent 5 star rating on Google and it’s high search ranking - first time in my life, embarrassingly but they’ve done a good job. They actually have a significant number of 1 star reviews on Google thematically exactly the same to here — no contact, money taken and out products received, etc. But cleverly, they have clearly intentionally buried the bad reviews with multiple 5 star reviews (presumably written by compliant friends, family or themselves) to maintain their 4.4 star rating.
I started to get suspicious after a day when I’d tried contacting them to update my order and alarm bells started to go off:
- phone number is never answered, first straight to voicemail regardless which option you pick. Voicemails obviously never returned. - outside of ‘business hours’, just a voicemail saying ‘sorry, we’re closed’.
So I turned to the live chat option - continuously broken. Tried on multiple platforms and devices but it was always down. Ok, fair enough, many websites need updating. So I went to find the contact page for numbers or emails, and that’s when all the alarms started ringing:
1. Their ‘contact us’ link in the banner redirects to their homepage; this is the only link which does that. 2. Their ‘contact’ link on their footer is disabled. As a former website developer, I can guarantee these are deliberate — all their other links go *somewhere*. So the website looks legit until you actually try and use it. It’s also this made to look compliant with Australian laws (a business has to be contactable) but actually isn’t. 3. The receipt from Bodyment (emailed, product not yet received and probably never will be) — lists my customer details, but no contact details for them apart from their ABN/business name. I encourage everyone to use this to report them to ASIC.
The quickest recourse atm is to dispute the transaction with my bank, which I am doing, but which is a bit of a pain. Backup plan will be pursuing it with the ombudsman which is even more trouble, but which I will do if I have to for $200 worth of goods.
Regardless of those outcomes, this company needs to be shut down ASAP. It may simply be the owner is in a spiral of panic because of not being able to keep on top of things; nonetheless, her not coping does not justify her illegal behaviour.
Buyer beware.
Opened ‘mediation’, no response from Bodyment (unsurprisingly). Am lodging complaints with consumer affairs and scamwatch.
worst online shopping experience – DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!! be very careful. they will list items on the add to your cart page as being in stock then when you look in your cart it says back order and that's how they get around making you wait ages for your order. Worst Company – Waited nearly two months for compression socks. No communication from them and had to get consumer affairs to try and get some answers. Web site said free pair when you buy three but not sent. Ordered some more of the same product from another place in Sydney shipped in 48 hrs and cost 25% less. Lesson learnt. Flattening my scar beautifully! – I have been using this tape for 2.5 weeks now and have seen a huge difference in my tummy tuck scar, it has really helped to flatten the raided sections. It's got great adhesion, I love that I can shower with it and it doesn't come off. I like the perforations as it helps me to shape it to my scar and I can use smaller sections easily without cutting. I will definitely be ordering more! :)
Beware – Do not order from these people. Quick to take your money and then ghost you. I’ve sent numerous emails and even tried live chat on the website and no one replies . Order still not despatched and I need it urgently. I’ve just launched a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I’ve kept copies of all emails I’ve sent to show I have tried to resolve this to no avail. Avoid these people. I wish I had seen all these other reviews before I ordered!
