builder (that was still building our home at the time) and even meeting me at work in the city to go over the paper work etc.

What really impressed me with Bombora early on was their ability to talk about the various aspect of the pool (pumps and filters etc) and highlight the benefits of each before providing their recommendation. They would also provide details and brochures on the exact equipment they would use so I could go and do my own research on these elements - when spending this amount of money I tend to be a little fanatical and focus on the detail of what is going to be provided and its reliability - many other builders were not able to provide this advice as freely or perhaps they were just unfamiliar with their products.

I was at the site most of the time the pool was being installed and the owner of Bombora made many regular visits each day to ensure that everything was as it should be but to be honest the workman were extremely professional and went about their work in a measured way but without any fuss. Early on during the installation they discovered that a pipe would be in the way and they arranged for a plumber to come out and rectify it quickly but kept working around it in the meantime.

Once the builder had handed the house over to me a team member from Bombora came to clean the pool and took me over all the parts and walked me through all the steps of the chlorinator, pump, filters, ag pipe etc. Having never owned a pool before nor known anyone with a pool his knowledge was invaluable and he provided it in a way that gave me confidence to be able to look after the pool myself which I continue to do so. Plus all the equipment in terms of hoses, vacuum, pool testing kit, brush, poles etc required to look after it were included and still going strong nearly two years later.

Since the installation I have contacted Bombora to provide a referral for someone to come and install solar pool heating which they were quickly able to provide and this work was also completed really well and quickly. Later I contacted them again about some air bubbles coming out of the return jets and a rep from the pump manufacturer was on the phone within moments (turns out it was me not sealing the pump properly after a clean). A few days ago I have been in contact with them again for advice on where to locate a filter element and they have arranged to supply and deliver an original manufacturers one at cheaper cost than what I could get online.

On all occasions, contact with Bombora has been dealt with really quickly and professionally. They've never made me feel like a bother for contacting them and they share their knowledge freely. It is quite simply the best service I have ever received from any company. The pool was installed on time and at the price quoted and thanks to their advice I have never had to spend more than 30 mins each week looking after it.

previously and much prefer the fibreglass pool. It's smoother, easier to maintain & looks great.
