I bet at the tab regularly on horses and Nbl and I offered to show them a transaction statement proving this. They have not replied since then to any emails or calls and said I have to dispute with the gaming commission.

I checked my bank balance and nothing had been withdrawn yet, but now my balance Boom bet balance said $90.96. I checked my bank balance again and sure enough, 2 x $30 and 1 x S30.96 had been withdrawn, with the $30.96 being the second transaction. I had spent enough time on chat, so instead of arguing, and getting nowhere, I placed 3 bets using the whole balance, except the .96 cents. To my surprise I seen an email that said they would match my first deposit in bonus bets to the amount of $100. I rang the customer service number and told what had happened, that the guy on chat had told me there wasn't a bonus for first deposit, yet here was an email saying the contrary. I explained to her, that I wasn't going to be checking emails while I was involved in their chat. I told her that I had accidently deposited twice, and they had double dipped on the third, and I should be entitled to the full deposit amount of $90, seeing that the three transactions were made within a minute. She spoke to her supervisor, after telling me there wasn't one available, and they credited $30 out of $90. I said it wasn't good enough and asked if I could just abort and get a refund. For some odd reason, she wanted my account details. instead of putting it directly back onto my debit card. That was nearly five hours ago. I rang just now and they said all withdrawals are made at 3pm Melbourne time and would probably show up in my account in two working days!!I said it wasn't a withdrawal, it was a refund.
