Bought the Bos n Sarino oven and grill and was very impressed. Professional service, quality products, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for new appliances.
Kettle felt super cheap out the box..instant dissapointment. The plastic handle was cheap and nasty..after a month or two. Now when I tip it. Steam seeps out the handle and sends me to work with 3rd degree burns. Seriously I wouldn't buy this Kettle for my in laws
The Kettle is a waste of money, dies in less than 2 months – I purchased the kettle on the 19 April 2024 and today 8 June 2024 the kettle died, not even 2 months of use....not happy! that was $45 down the drain!
Bos & Sarino 45L Oven, very good – Have purchased the Bos & Sarino 45L convection oven and am very pleased. Cooks great, heats up quickly and is a very good size. It fits my home well and I use it all the time. Even my kids use it, it is simple. I would highly recommend.
wanted a reply; warranty worthless; – I bought 3 toasters and 3 kettles - one kettle leaked water from the beginning; within 4 months kettle and toaster were rusting. I tried to contact seller - no reply. HOpe these guys have gone out of business!
Jug leaks water – This kettle leaked water from the base the very first time it was used. Thought it was just teething problem but continued to leak water and have stopped using it - a complete waste of money. Terrible. Don't get involved with this company and products – Don't deal with this company. Bought kettle 3months ago stopped working. Sent emails and many phone calls. No response to emails nor answer phone. Promise 12months warranty but they ignore you. Went to PayPal and they lied to PayPal saying I altered the item. Liars. They haven't even seen the item as I still have it. Warning hope I save people from this corrupted company
