Lack of communication from supplier – I ordered a 10 pack of Bow Wow pig's ears on 17th January through ebay. I received notification the goods were sent on 20th January by Express Postage, No tracking number available. When I reported the package had not arrived by 28th January Ebay refunded my money although I made it clear I did not want a refund but required the goods. Despite… Read more
numerous emails to the seller they have not responded. So frustrating not being able to communicate with them. Judging by some of the older reviews it would appear the product is not up to scratch.

Most rude customer service ever! – I had a terrible experience with their Pigs Ears Longer Chews (big chunk of fat that my dog wouldn't touch hanging off the pig's ear) and complained through online personal message. they have "loyal followers". I used to be one until I dealt with their customer service. They did eventually (after being horrible to me) decide to offer a replacement product but by this time I was so anxious and upset I told them I don't want a replacement and I will never purchase or recommend this company again. It appears they only like "good" feedback so don't bother complaining to them unless you're up for a fight. Absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received from this company.
