Philippines call centre – When I called the Australian number, a woman said something unintelligible and hung up. I called back. I asked which country I was calling. Answer: Philippines. There is no Australian contact or customer service whatsoever. For all practical purposes, you're trying to deal with a call centre overseas. Not for me.

I was able to draw a rough image of my house on a A4 piece of paper then have them digitise that exactly as I wanted it. You are able to register a job for each photo you want edited or floor plan created, very simple website and easy to use and navigate. It was a pretty quick process, photo editing was completed in under 24 hours turn around. The floorplan took approx 48 hours to turn around. They have live chat and it works, a real person you can chat to if you want to tweak.
