Braaap MotoE
MPNs: MotoE10K-MOTOE, SP-5530-MOTOE and SP-5531-MOTOE4 reviews
Have had zero issues (8000W model). Use this as a ride to work bike only as range isn't enough for weekend rides which is the only downfall so far. Quality is however, average, but I did know that before purchase. As a first toe in the water for an electric bike the experience has been good. Performance is actually quite good and the smooth, quiet ride is nice. Pity the company just couldn't get it together, but their whole approach to selling and marketing the bikes was wrong from the start.

Woeful experience – Would have, could have, should have been a great bike. Steering lock in wrong spot from factory, advice from manufacturer use a wheel lock or pay a fabricator to fix it.(no would not be reimburse for cost). Only got very limited use before battery issues. like other 2 reviewers a few rides and then would not charge. after a month of chasing I got a replacement charger and got a few more rides before again charging fault. Customer service and technical knowledge of their own product is woeful. They have no support network in QLD and trouble shooting is beyond them. at around what was $500 a ride this was not worth it. Have given up on vehicle altogether and it will just sit in the shed.

If I could give negative stars I would – Don't be fooled by the good looks as this bike and anything that Braap are behind is cheaply made and Braap do not stand behind the product they make and distribute. My partner bought the Braap MotoE in June 23 brand new from a dealer in SE Qld. The bike stopped charging not even 1 month later. Because I lived in Brisbane Braap tried every stalling and delay tactic possible and 5 months had passed and still no inspection of the bike and after 2 new A/C chargers were sent (which did nothing) and still no diagnosis of what's wrong my partner gave up and went to the retailer that sold it for support and assistance. Luckily for my partner this retailer was amazing and only through their support did my partner get a resolution in March 24. But Braap basically wiped their hands of any warranty or product guarantees and just try and put people off so badly that they give up and walk away. Unless you live in Melbourne they don't give a damn about their customers and don't be fooled by their fake reviews and online social media sites as it's all fake with any negative reviews or comments quickly deleted. So buyer's need to avoid Braap at all costs.
Purchased in for $9,000.

Motoe Motorbike is not able to leave Melbourne – The Electric motorbike Motoe 5000w. Drove fine and looks like a real bike has limiters for speed. But it has blown two chargers. I called 40 repairers including e-bicycles and e-motorbikes and there are no Braap stores outside of Melbourne hence no one will repair it unless it's done by a private contractor which is near to impossible to find. Also, there are electrical faults on the speedometer on the bike and the bike is still in the experimental stages so it put me out of work and out of the study after doing only 80km it has speedometer incorrect readings, and at 1900 km it blew its first charger and 2100km blew its second charger. Further, the battery distance was incorrect it was less when hilly or less when a combination of highway and local rodes at different speeds. But the website states it goes 130km distance depending only on riding style.
Therefore, I advise do not to buy this bike unless you live in Melbourne and have a second vehicle. I'm now looking at trading it in or getting a return or refund with Consumer Affairs Victoria. As an interstate buyer it is also difficult dealing with legal matters in Queensland.
