photo I sent to Brabantia showed that the lid doesn’t close properly because it’s broken not because it’s been over filled. I am extremely disappointed.

Great Little Bin - just be gentle on the pedal – Great little bin. Looks good, and works well. That is until the pedal mount snapped after two years. We are very careful with all our household equipmen so it looks like it simply has a lifespan of that long. It's a shame because the rest of the product is solid. amazed at their responsiveness. They reviewed photos of the failed part and are sending replacements. Great little bin. Looks good, and works well. Possibly a weak pedal mount but Customer Service has been excellent.

No more messy bin – I love this bin, has a large capacity, will hold plenty before needing emptying, the lids opens easy by using the foot pedal, no need to touch it. Even when the kids put their grubby hands on it, the bin does not look dirty, easy to clean and nice and compact for even the smaller kitchens. size, the way it stays clean
