After two years of flawless use, our Vertuo Creatista developed a fault. The Nespresso support team initially offered excellent troubleshooting advice, but eventually determined it needed a warranty repair. The wonderful team at Bravo understood how lost we’d be without our machine and turned the repair around in just five days. Bravo to Maria and the whole repair team for their outstanding service.
Had a problem with my order and staff sorted it for me very quickly. Efficient, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Bravo Repair Center for all of your coffee needs.
This repair centre is the worse coffee machine repair center ever heard or used. The most importantly they delay returning your coffee machine if you raise your concerns about the repair work,

I bought a refurbished machine through Kogan. Actually did not know it was refurbished to start with but that was my fault. The machine arrived with an issue. BRAVO arranged a replacement immediately. Great place. Great response.
Excellent service – Service provision and speedy return of coffee machine fixed was excellent. The premium coffee is also first class. I would definitely recommend this company in all areas of communication and swift turn around of r epaired item.

Impressive Service – Was quite impressed with the service provided. Our machine had a dent in the tray that wasn't there when we sent it for repairs. Once reported we had a new one in the mail within a few days. Thank you Bravo. Our coffee machine is working perfectly now.

Bad service – Not good with repairs, they repair it only for it to be back there within a few months and they charge a fortune which you might as well purchase a new one, also they say they'll call you back and then they don't bad customer service in my opinion, also charge $80 just to look at the machine and then don't deduct that off cost of repairing it when you give them the go ahead.
Like New – I would like to thank Bravo Repair Centre for repairing my six year old De'Longhi Pixie. It sparkles and is like new again. Thank you so much worth the $100.
Just the BEST service – ONLY ACCOLADES for this service, the honesty from Adam was fabulous, my machine was not worth repairing and with his help l now have reconditioned machine that is better than my old one. MANY Thanks again for the FABULOUS service. Customer service is the BEST.
Brilliant Company – Our DeLonghi coffee machine needed a tune-up, so was referred to Bravo Repairs by DeLonghi as their agents. The customer service at Bravo were brilliant. TO ME. Unfortunately their choice of courier company leaves a lot to be desired. After a no show by the courier company, I contacted Bravo again and was sent detailed instructions on how to send the package through Australia Post. Printed out the scan bar code, took it to my local PO, and off it went! Got a text the next day from Bravo confirming the receipt of the package along with a job number so I can keep track of progress. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! Cannot recommend them highly enough.
I'm actually very surprised that I am the FIRST to comment on this site about Bravo Repair. Please back me up and give this company the kudos it deserves!
