I recommend steering clear of of breathe ease australia – I ordered 2 masks and 2 packs of 10 inserts on 8th January, have emailed them once and messaged them twice on messenger (4th and 8th Feb) and still no face masks or response. There appears to be no means of contacting them where I can get a response. I purchased some masks from them last year and although they took a few weeks to arrive I was happy with the product. I feel that I have lost my money and will not see the masks and inserts.
Don't waste your time or money! – I ordered four face masks and several packets of disposable PM2.5 filter inserts from Breathe Easy last year when masks were very hard to source. I ordered more filter inserts a few weeks ago, received an order confirmation and... nothing. I emailed Breathe Easy asking about the status of my order and... nothing. Breathe Easy don't provide any… Read more
contact phone numbers. I've started a "disputed transaction" claim with my bank, so should be able to recover my money.
But here's the interesting part. Breathe Easy sells a 10-pack of PM2.5 filter inserts for $29.95. I found 10-packs of the exact same filters today at Priceline for $9.95 — or one-third of the cost!
Took my money with no receipt or confirmation email! – I have no idea if I will even get a mask. $86.35 taken out of my account but no confirmation email, postal details, receipt... nothing. Either incredibly disorganised, and I hope the product doesn’t reflect that, or a scam
Great customer service – Was originally a little underwhelmed as my delivery too 4 days, but when I got the masks my family and I were impressed. They’re great to work in (as much as they can be). We had one fail after a few washes but the team replaced it the next day and sent a bunch of free filters too. Really impressed and they seemed genuine in their caring.
Broke after less than 2 months – The air valve didn't make it any easier to breathe and fell off after about 6 weeks of use. I emailed the company and sent them a photo and they just ignored my email. Now I can't use it because it has only 1 layer of fabric where the useless air valve used to be. I was very surprised for a mask that cost $40 for it to be so poorly made
A rip off, shop local instead – One mask is good, the air valve fell off a second mask after only one week, I was offered either a refund or replacement. Subsequent emails later, neither were forthcoming nor were the emails responded to. Disappointing customer service during a challenging Victorian lockdown
41 days later – 41 days it took to receive my 2 masks. When I received the masks one of them Was broken. The other is fine but definitely not worth the price. Would never recommend.
Face mask for everyday use – I just received my 2 face masks and additional PM2.5 filter inserts in the post from Breath Easy based at Newcastle. The masks arrived exactly as advertised on their website. The face mask fits well and is very comfortable. They are made from cotton/polyester so can be washed . The face mark is light and stylish and comes in 4 colours, I bought a… Read more
blue and a grey one. They have a built in valve to help stop condensation, this was a feature which attracted me to this particular mask. I am also not fogging up as much. It has a slot to slip in the filter but you can use it without the filter if you want. Although the main purpose for me is the Covid 19 pandamic, this mask can also be used in dusty or smoky environments which considering what happened over the Christmas period 19/20 could come in handy. They not that cheap at $39.95 per mask and the additional filters are 10 for $29.95 but am very happy with the purchase. I have also recommended this product to friends and family.

Perhaps being “just a nurse” or some such other person does not warrant a replacement mask, the Doctor was indeed fortunate .
