4 Days and still waiting for my clothes – Placed my clothes into a locker at 745am on a Monday. It's now Thursday afternoon and no clothes or correspondence at all. There is no ph number to call anyone. Will definitely be going to a real laundromat from now on. Worth the extra time to know when I will get my clothes back and having an actually human to ring when I have questions.

Hi Tony, We're sorry for your negative experience. We took over as new owners at the time you placed your order. Unfortunately, when we started handling all the orders, we experienced some major issues, which affected not only your order, but all orders. I can happily say we're now processing orders much more efficiently.

In regards to there being no phone number, it was frustrating for us too. Good communication is very important to us so a phone number was introduced as soon as it was possible.

A very convenient service – I have been using theses guys for at least three years and have found that the quality of service is a 4 out of 5. There was one minor mix up which was quickly sorted. Nice to have them back after Covid-19

Poor Management Changes Policy – Ordered dry cleaning. The company had sent a marketing email stating that they haven't been impacted by COVID19 and will continue to offer the service. Have used this company a number of times. As soon as the order was placed they advised that they delivery dates have changed. DO NOT USE - they are not transparent about their service.
