I have been with them for 20 years plus, now bad again, put an order in got it completely wrong, even though they repeat what u r ordering still got it wrong, I trust them no more, I'd look elsewhere only thing they have all I need, train staff better as I'll never order online, anyway, merry Christmas to u all clients

I purchased the Diamond weave scrubber clothes back on 24th May. Site said my order was shipped on 2nd June via JS- Express.status..SHIPPED Payment has gone through on mu Visa account. Now its 11th June still nothing..... I would appreciate the money returned to me. This company is a SCAM..

Don't trust this company – My order from this company didn't turn up, but they sent some stupid toy and PayPal won't refund because they said a delivery was made but it wasn't my order. Would not buy from this company again.

Bad service do leave you waiting on hold 4 times in one day for over an hour – Can not place an order as too busy to answer the phone and then told on instagram it is a public holiday.. Monday and Tuesday and now it is Wednesday and still on hold I need resource for my husband

Outstanding service. You will not regret doing business with them – I have been using Bright Sky for a few years. I cannot recommend them enough. Every time I have needed there service I have been fortunate to have Hayley assist me. Hayley goes above and beyond her duty of care to help us.

Very prompt service – I ordered a Kylie pad from this company then next day read all the negative reviews here. I decided to voice my concerns to the company. They did reply to my emails promptly. I placed order on 8th November and received it on 13th November. That was from NSW to South Australia

Don't trust this company – My order from this company went to the wrong delivery address and they will not find out where my order was delivered through their delivery people. Would not buy from this company again.

Bad service – Have been getting orders 4 years I have a dangerous dog sign on gate which I informed them about I own this fat little jack Russell told them to ring me I would lock dog up instead they dumped order outside on pavement in front of 6 foot high fence where half of order was stole they will not replace order and keep getting told manager will ring me will never do business with this company again

How does this company stay in business? Each and every review is correct. Wouldn’t give them 1 Star – Without a doubt the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Brightsky have no consideration for the customer whatsoever. When contacting the call centre the wait times are longer than Centrelink. forget to process the order and blame me for not getting a name or order number. I ring them back and once again on hold for another hour, only to be told to ask my dietitian for supplies, so I don’t starve to death. The warehouse is often out of stock and shipped orders are often wrong. I dread having to place an order with Brightsky. Unfortunately there is no alternative, yet !!

Opening times wrong and no one cares – Website says open til 5pm. I drove an hour on 26th March 2024 to purchase a mic key kit and incontinence pads for my son and arrived at 4:35pm to find a sign saying business hours end at 4:30pm and the dor was locked. No answer on phones. You lot got better and now this. Pathetic service and get your details right. It then took me 2hrs to get home.

Where did my molicare go to since Friday – I did not received my molicare where heard were sent to me on Friday but have not received to my address so if I find they went to my day program awaiting to have me on a home then I'll end my whole service with the unity entitled to do still

Go elsewhere – Brightsky are terrible. You can't order online if NDIS and then to place orders you have to go over the phone. When you try to call you can be on hold for well over an hour. If you finally get to order, it can take up to 4 weeks at times to arrive. I've ordered stuff and then run out of it due to waiting weeks and so had to go and buy from… Read more

Absolutely terrible service, would not recommend at all – Was messed around with the delivery twice and then after finally getting the items, we opened them to see we had been sent the wrong items and close to expiry date. After being messed around more with trying to organise replacements, we were sent the exact same wrong products again. Never had a worse experience with a company

Waited on the phone for 3 hours and still not answered – One of the worst organisation and this organisation is providing product to the disadvantaged citizens of Australia (Mainly someone with disability or special needs). No one seems to answer the calls either the number on the website is not correct or they do not have staff to manage the phone calls. Don't know how the CEO of this company sleeps knowing the pathetic services it provides

Worst AUS company I dealt with in 50 years – This is the third time I waiten for more than 5 hrs on the phone . Last time I gave up and placed a order from nestes in germany delivered in less than 1 week.

Website/Accounting – I pay by credit card - you get a receipt but not an invoice ( which is what they should be sending you first). They only produce an invoice when sending the goods but don't email it. IN my case goods go to my daughter but I need to account for funds. delivery docket with the goods. ( if you haven't paid them an invoice would be sent) You wait forever trying to ring them, or maybe longer. They are consistently for many years the worst run place from my view that I have ever dealt with. Pls spend some money on your website payment ordering process - its getting better but still ordinary.

Worst company that I have tried to purchase an item – I was preparing for an operation - 2 weeks beforehand and ordered 4 items on line. The items were absolutely necessary after the operation. ordering is not reflective of stocked items - seemed a funny approach at the time to advertise items and take payment for items that are not available. Anyway, there was no indication as to when the item would be available. In addition, I discovered another 2 items were not available with no indication/idea about availability. So, I cancelled the order. Now the fun started - - 4 unreturned phone calls to accounts, enquiring about my refund - 1 phone call with sales who will not transfer you to accounts or let you speak to a manager - 2 emails with customer service. I could have followed up with more contact but started to realise my time would be wasted! It took approximately 6 weeks to receive the refund. No one will physically talk to you, there processes are chaotic and as for customer service - this is a joke. I am recovering after the operation and have found a really good supplier that advises on product, knows the status of the inventory and dispatches promptly - 3 areas of improvement for Bright Sky! Zero to minus 5 is the best rating for this company!

No products no service – I ordered in April and as of today 13/07/22 I have not received order. Every phone call is a waste of extra funds as nothing ever comes from it. No one has any idea on what to do or how to resolve issues and say they escalate the issue. Stay clear of this company .

Without doubt the worst service I have ever received – I am a carer for my wife who suffers from paraplegia. One of the nurses from our home care service recommended this company to me. acknowledgement/receipt of order details when placed - Long waits when calling customer service (at least 4 occasions) - No response to emails sent to customer service - No record keeping whatsoever of previous calls. Every call I make we have to go through the same steps so they can 'investigate' the problem again - About 4 weeks ago I had voicemail on my mobile from Brightsky saying that the items were on their way but now they tell me there is no record of this. My best advice to anyone thinking of using this service is look elsewhere.

No words! – Communication, reliability and customer service is just not their thing. I spent over an hour on hold and when I finally spoke to someone I asked for a Supervisor's name multiple times. After the last time I had asked, the lady just hung up on me. I've never ever heard of any business refusing to give the name of, or allow you to speak with a Supervisor. After waiting so long to speak with someone I just could not believe it. No words!

them a couple of times but was unable to stay on hold for longer than 40 minutes and so I did not get to talk to anyone. The recorded message " we are serving other customers "repeats frequently and was driving me mad. The worst lack of customer service I have ever experienced. I will be looking up reviews before I order online in future.

Terrible customer service , order took 2.5 months to receive – Order delay and attempts to contact via email ignored and attempts to call. 1st attempt hung up after 1.5 hours. 2nd attempt over 2 hours told product would be dispatched next day , didn’t receive for over as fortnight after that

Profits first, disabled people last – Don't think everyone can read and write english properly in the warehouse. Go back to opening the shop up or close the rest of it down. If i it was not broken before, why try to fix and make it better now.

Avoid at all costs – Only used them as they were referred by my local hospital. It has been a nightmare dealing with them. Lodged a fair trading complaint about them already. Let's see how this goes as contacting them and getting a promised call back will be a miracle.

Please improve this service – Please Brightsky, try and improve the service. There is always a minimum of one hour on hold, the new system is ridiculous - your poor staff have to struggle through making an order - and then either the order is never sent or it takes a very long time for the invoice to be sent; or the items take forever to be dispatched. follow up - repeat the process again! PLEASE improve your service, we rely on these items and it is so difficult to be able to get them when your service is beyond poor. I actually think it's criminal that the service you provide vulnerable people in the community is so poor.
