I had the same problem as Kim. Horizontal strings simply snapped and Brio did not honor the warranty. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi Anthony, I have found an installer based on the Gold Coast called Intelliscreens. They are similar to Brio but look a bit better constructed. They haven’t installed yet so I can’t review but should be installed in the next month or so. Hope this helps. Martin
