Booked the parking which was fine until catching the return shuttle. The shuttle exited the international collection area and as the driver came off the roundabout the driver hit the kerb, smashed into a tree and then a sign at the side of the road. The collision made a lot of noise smashing the mirror leaving exposed cables swinging on the outside of the vehicle and a smashed windscreen. The driver didn’t stop to check on the passengers but instead took his frustration out with the accelerator and luggage started being thrown around in the luggage areas. Car park was fine but I would like to be safely transported from the destination . Brisbane Airport you need to speak to this driver as his driving was poor

This review is for Parkvalet services. I am someone who uses their services once every couple of months. Until my most recent trip, I was not aware that my car was parked off-site and not under cover. I became suspicious as the car had water marks on it at the time of collection. So I enquired about their parking arrangements. That's when I realized that my car is driven off within 24 hours of me getting to the airport to an off-site open parking facility, where it is left exposed to Qld weather. It sits there for the duration of my trip and is brought back to the airport 24 hours prior to my arrival. I am someone who never parks my car outdoors unless I have no other options. The description on their website that it may be parked outdoors is inaccurate. It is not "may be", but always, unless it's a 2-day trip. I could use their advertised off-site parking lot and their free shuttle services for half the price of valet. At the end of the day, my car is probably in the same lot. I am just paying someone extra to drive it there. Whilst I acknowledge the convenience of drop-off and pick-up, the car buff that I am find where it's parked to be more important than my convenience. I feel that their description of services is misleading and inaccurate.

Park & Fly resulted in my good car being absolutely covered in bird droppings – Cleaned and polished the car before we went on holidays for 1 month. When we got back, the car was absolutely covered in filthy bird droppings. Disgusting! This is the service you get from the Park&Fly located in P2 at Domestic Terminal. They should not have parked it under a bird roost. NEVER AGAIN! Everyone, be warned. This service is disgusting! My cars polish has been ruined. I just don't understand how they can be so thoughtless and careless.

Misleading charge information on exit – Brisbane Airport parking often offers substantial discounts off the standard rates for advance online booking. Admirable, and a substantial saving. It requires pre-registration with a nominated credit card. No problem – and no hiccups in the past. BUT, total confusion when returning earlier this month from a tiring day and flight from Darwin. Approach the barrier, insert ticket bearing entry and car reg details and message (readable easily at 4WD height, not so much in a saloon) comes up demanding insertion of credit card. This was a previously booked and confirmed online reservation, paid for several weeks earlier. Instead of the ‘deal’ fee of $80 appearing, up pops the standard $140ish fee. Drive off wondering what’s going on Why the need for a credit card when a ticket bearing all the booking details was provided on entry? Spend unnecessary hours establishing that the higher fee hasn’t been charged as well or in addition to the original offer fee. But still have to fill out online form. And here’s the infuriating thing. I get a call from a script jockey, barely able to speak English, totally unable to grasp that the programming needs amending and who just trots out an explanation of how Brisbane Airport’s wholly moronic automatic parking mechanism works. I KNEW how it worked. The point was that it didn’t work rationally. Who needs to drive away with the last message displayed on the exit machine showing near twice the amount of the contarct? It’s not rocket science to do this properly. A second completed feedback form sating this has been met by total silence. NOT GOOD ENOUGH BRISBANE AIRPORT PARKING.
