This how all one line purchases should be: – Ordered a TASCAM Model 12 on line Sat 1st April April, best price on web, free delivery. Order confirmed within 1 hour, despatched 3/4/23, full tracking details StarTrack confirmed delivery scheduled within a 2 hr window 4/4/2023, arrived within the 2 hr window, well packaged. This is a gold standard and clearly demonstrates how effective and efficient businesses can be when they place the customer front of mind and team up with an effective delivery service.

Best hi Tec sound company I’ve dealt with Ever – Absolutely awesome service these guys bend over backwards to help you even when Transport companies let you down they are there to help, they are also One of the rare companies which have the old worldly type service and courtesy and can actually think outside the box to keep the show rolling, They displayed a sound knowledge of all their equipment which is of course great back up, I will certainly purchase all of our gear for our sound and lighting hire business from them
Really good service and knowledge – My experience with BSG and from others in the industry who have used them is that they have really helpful customer service that are attentive and willing to help, and they're good with prices and products. I'm sorry that one other reviewer had a poor experience with them but I feel like that one poor review should not be the reflection of a normally very solid and professional company. I'm in no way affiliated, just a happy customer, and I've been to some other audio stores in Brisbane, some being also good in other ways, and some being much poorer in terms of service and stock. So I think if you're after pro audio gear Brisound are a good option. But this review probably won't make any difference - they are already getting lots of business by being known as a solid provider in Brisbane through their own good efforts.
Unreliable – Submitted a request for a quote back in December for these guys to supply and setup AV equipment for a medium scale event taking place in mid 2017. Not only did I never hear back for them, their online system to request a quote was really difficult to use. You cant just send them a list of the items you want to hire from their inventory, you have to physically select each item from a long list one by one, and not all of their inventory is listed there.
Never heard anything back, so we went elsewhere. Have to say I am disappointed I got ignored like that. You shouldn't have to chase a business up for a quote.
