Don't order from them ...order never arrived ,they don't respond to emails .so much for a refund if order doesn't arrive in 21 days

Wasn’t happy with the payment method from the start but stupidly went through with the order anyway. It never came although they somehow managed to scan an Auspost tracking code, which made it look like they did their part and it must have been Auspost who lost it. At first they seemed quite reasonable when dealing with this issue but as time went on they simply stopped responding to my requests for a refund.

I saw their listing for a pack of 10 for $200 . Placed an order and was instructed via text msg to pay into their bank account. That didn’t normal to me already so I went into Google and search for their reviews and luckily I saw what I believed was true. They’re scammers. I replied telling them to cancel my order however they respond asking may they know the reason?? Is it because of their payment method?? I answered yes and told them they have bad reviews. They didn’t believe it and had asked me to send them the link to it. They said they haven’t got any bad reviews. So I shared them the link and then got another text saying “that’s not true, we can write your name and address on put it next to your order for your own piece of mind” I was actually happy with that idea and agreed . They then replied saying they will take a photo when they get into the office the next morning.. next morning I received a photo with my name and address next to a few boxes of vapes. However I wasn’t satisfied as they weren’t the brands I was after . I then replied asking them to put my name on my order I wanted. They replied saying “I know what your order was” and another text “ if you don’t believe we’re legit that’s fine we got plenty of other customers who are waiting, have a great day ! “ don’t fall for they’re scam. They might have a couple of iget flavours but not variety of brands .

: ⚠️ SCAM – BrisbaneVapes.com Took My Money and Sent Fake Tracking Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Review: I want to warn other Australians about BrisbaneVapes.com which appears to be a deliberate scam operation. I placed an order and followed their instructions to pay via bank transfer. Once payment was made, I received a tracking number that Australia Post confirmed was never scanned — meaning the item was never actually sent. When I contacted them to follow up, I was met with unhelpful, mocking responses such as “Bring it on.”

They later tried to say the parcel was seized by customs because I didn’t provide a prescription. However: • There was no notification or documentation from customs (which is standard if a parcel is seized). • New laws from March 2024 mean prescriptions are no longer required, so their explanation doesn’t add up.

Since then, they’ve changed their payment details. Here’s what they now ask customers to use: PayID: easytilesaus@gmail.com Bank Account: Alameddine BSB: 122-778 Account Number: 860-456-985 Email: vape@brisbanevapes.com They only accept non-secure payment methods (no card or PayPal), and once they have your money, they disappear or send excuses.

Please avoid this site and warn others. This is not a real vape business — just a website set up to take your money and vanish.
