Overestimate number of panels and quote over twice the price provided by 2 other reputable solar panel & gutter cleaners

I originally made a mistake on panels until I checked Google Earth which still showed the 2 solar HWS panels which I had removed a couple of years earlier. BWGC quoted on 32 panels first up, and then 30, even though I has advised the total was 28 with the 2 HWS panels (seen on Google Earth) already removed.
No excuse as I had pointed out the Solar HWS pair were no longer on the roof.

Read moreogle Earth photo attachment) was - "Ok so a new updated quote has been sent however if it ends up we get up there and there are more or less the invoice will reflect that" Let me put it this way - At more than twice the price of others and repeatedly over quoting, there will be no invoice as I don't like to be ripped off with exorbitant pricing, verified by 2 other companies that quoted less than half the final BWGC quote provided for 28 panels. So if you do use BWGC, be sure you check that they quote on the number of panels you actually have on your roof, check with other businesses that have a large number of great reviews and ask BWGC the reason they quote >$1200 when each of 2 other quotes came in under $600 !!!!!

Fantastic Service - Peace of Mind & Saves us Money

Brisbane Wide Gutter Cleaning has been looking after our home for a couple of years now.

Excellent Service!

This is the second time we have used Brisbane Wide Gutter Cleaning and we will continue to use them into the future. They are very organised, professional, friendly and prompt, and communicate very well. They always do a great job and clean up afterwards.

Last minute cancellations - mess around

Both times we booked this service we were cancelled on last minute, only 20 minutes or so before the service was meant to begin. Really inconvenienced us as we had planned to paint our house around this service and the mess around really slowed the process down.

Excellent service!!!

The team at Brisbane Wide gutter cleans can't be faulted for prompt, professional service and a quality job done. My gutters were left squeaky clean, just like new. They also offer a photo service to show their work upon completion. Thankyou very much!!!

Good Customer Service, Job Well Done

I needed the gutters done quickly because i was worried about the storms coming, and they had been overflowing. Looked them up, called the number and talked to Nina straight away, all my questions/concerns were answered, and it was organised quickly. I had to work on the day organised, but no mess when i got home. They sent me clear before and after photos of the gutters and downpipes that same day. Yeah i was really impressed with how easy it all was. Definately book in next year.

Tried really hard to spend some money but ....

Need a 3 bedroom house's gutter cleaned as its in an area with lots of trees.

Go online and find Brisbane Wide Gutter Cleaning - fill in the online form and get a quick quote back for $350 - more than I've paid before but the web site looks good and they take pictures of the after work to prove they've cleaned the gutter - nice idea really.

Book it in - no phone call the night before as promised so I can let the people know the guys are coming. Ring that morning - confusion in the office - the guy doing the work "can't find the place" (i

Read morets on a main road so I read into it that the job is somehow bigger/more difficult than they quoted online) - but I'm to ring the guy to find out arrangements - no call back - and then he turns up by himself. Which is odd because I don't see how the job could really be done safely with one person up a roof. I tell him that so far the confidence level is low and I'm not impressed as I have messed up the morning arrangements for other things and messed the people around in the house already - the reply? An arrogant comment of "if you don't like it then I can go" - to which I say "off you go". Moral of the story especially for matters such as people climbing on your roof - firstly if you aren't confident in them from the get go don't proceed and find someone you are confident in - secondly, online quotes for this sort of stuff will (in my opinion) just mean that if they have underquoted on the job when they arrive then they will just mess you around and cause enough grief for you to give up.
