Product rusts after 6 months. Purchased online and was delivered promptly. Need to make sure they improve the product so it is rust free for australia conditions. I do not recommend

threw them out as they wouldn't re-stick). Not really value for money, at $279 I would expect better. Only time will tell if the stand actually does the job. Have reached out to company for assistance, awaiting a reply.

Received a faulty product twice – I bought this item from Appliances Online and it was faulty the first time and the second time. The first time one of the adjustable side rods was faulty in that the part you had to screw onto the stand was not welded on properly which meant that the square rod just fell off. removing the plastic it was wrapped in.
Requested a replacement from Appliances Online – the second stand was also faulty as the rubber strip on the frame peeled off while the product was still wrapped in the plastic.
It must have been a manuafacturing batch issue in that all the stands made as part of that batch is faulty and they all got issued to Appliances Online. The boxes the products came in were damaged and held together by an exobertant amount of heavy duty sticky tape.
I still need something to place my dryer on, but two for two being faulty has put me off trying a third one. Ultimately, this product needs to be sturdy and can’t have issues like the rods not being welded to the screwy parts properly as the dryer can fall on a person from a height and cause injury.
Dryer Stand Maxi – Ok purchased this because, my washing machine became faulty. After calling Samsung about the fault, They advised me that the warranty was voided, because I had a dryer on top. So after some research I found this product. So not only does it look good, It does the job. Amazing build quality and strength.

very quickly. Once all items were received we put together and it is a very sturdy product. Holds weight of dryer and the detergent basket on side is fantastic. You will need two people to lift the top plate into position as it is very heavy. Loving this product can not fault it at all. Manufacturer was brilliant to deal with. Highly recommend this product.
