Outstanding Customer Service – Ordered a genuine replacement battery for my Lenovo Lap Top on 16th April, 2024 and it was delivered on 19th April 2024. Outstanding service. New battery installed and works just fine.

Awesome Customer Service – Purchased a replacement keyboard for my laptop online. The courier company failed to deliver (although they claimed to have attempted to do so - Couriers Please) and were simply not contactable via email or phone. When I contacted the team at Broadway Computers they provided me with a replacement keyboard without any fuss or cost. You guys are fantastic and I would highly recommend to anyone seeking competitively priced computer parts.

after market part – hard to get after market part was delivered quickly and worked perfectly. It was the only one we could find anywhere on the web, laptop input dc cable - thank you.

Dodgy products, no after sales service – Completely dodgy, laptop battery failed within 3months. Broadway Computers have gone into hiding. Dodgy Dodgy Dodgy!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID. I have tried for past 3 weeks to illicit a reply. Now resorting to posting reviews, disputed credit card transactions etc to claw back hard earned$$$

Get service and great supplier – I ran my own computer shop for 17 years and over that time brought stock and sent them specialist repairs to apple computers and they would have to be one of the best group of guys to work with. They supply parts just about always overnight ( Vic to Qld ) and at a great price. Their repairs are faultless and their service is prompt. So if you ever have to use them you will not be sorry. They do sell on eBay as well through their own website. Highly recommended.
