Brooks Beast 20

The left shoe fails after 6 weeks of use – Brooks Beast 20 size 14 width 2E. For some weird reason the left shoe after about 6 weeks a wobble forms in the shoe giving me great ankle pain. they needed replacing. They changed the design and problems with the left shoe started to happen.

I've attached images and as you can see they have hardly been used with the treads still in perfect condition. I've contacted Brooks Australia about this issue and they wanted proof in photos so i sent all that on to them. I am going to look at getting an insole made by the same material as the right arch support in the hope that solves the wobble in the left arch support of the shoe.

They are the only shoe that works in my feet so have no choice but to buy new shoes every 6 weeks so I buy two pairs every 3 months which is about $560 including freight from NSW as no companies in Perth sell size 14 width 2E.

They are a comfortable shoe. Just poorly made and no longer last that long which is a shame. I've tried most brands here in Perth and no one really sells a size 14 width 2E which has good support for flat feet. So every 6 weeks as soon as I get pain in the left ankle I swap over to a new pair and the pain soon goes away and back playing tennis a few days to a week or so and I am off and running again pain free.

Brooks online doesn't do tax invoices to the customer they only send out an email that theorder ha sgone through so I have attached that for verification.

Brooks warranty is only 30 days. Funny that.
