that slips into spool guides so it is impossible not to get it correctly aligned. Feed the label through the front, close the lid and the label automatically adjusts its position, ready for printing. Attach the USB cable and the printer shows up as a USB drive which actually contains a light version of the software - absolutely brilliant - I have never come across this in any product. There is apparently a full version available to download but the light version was quite good enough for me. I typed a few lines, changed the font and size, pressed print and out pops my first label in less than 10 minutes from taking it out of the box. I used the standard address labels but the other reel allows you to have a 60mm wide label cut to any length you like.
