Bulk Bullion

After placing an order for 1kg of Silver, I read some reviews (which obviously I shouldve done first) and was concerned I was going to be scammed. The exact opposite happened. Whilst communication wasnt fantastic, I was emailed confirming payment was received and then that the silver was on its way. It arrived 3 weeks earlier than initially expected so overall I had a very good experience and would recommend using Bulk Bullion.

Goods arrived ok and well packed. Slow on postage but they were responsive to emails.

Used the ‘shop’ App to make a purchase. Shop app has my CC details for payments.. Was sent a receipt and a purchase number 9906. No reply and goods not dispatched. Credit Cards - they only deal in cash or direct bank transfer. No notice, no advisement and then they cancelled the order. Unprofessional, unreliable and staff are uninterested.

So dishonest, do not deal with this company! I placed an order, then after reading the bad reviews for this company decided to cancel the order. longer exist and I would miss out on the coins. At the time the price of the coins had gone up.

Then 2 weeks later, the coins had dropped in price, I received an email from them saying I have to pay for the order.

When I asked about them not having a google review presence he said it was to stop people coming to the store haha. Good throng for product review that he can not delete.

Obvious dishonest behaviour!

First and last with this company. Bad and hard to deal with it. I don't know if I'll get my money or gold back. I will pray for you ok
