Couldn't fullfill order. Wouldn't refund full cost structure of items they couldn't deliver. Don't use.

Used to be amazing in every aspect – This smaller family style Victorian Aussie company used to be super-efficient, great products, fast delivery times etc and upfront about costs but now it's like meh we've got your monies. After various phone calls & online messages left most of our order could be received within a month and the rest, don't hold your breath.

Disgraceful Company – Ordered a 5litre hand cleaner for $26 freight was not disclosed at time of purchase. Revived an invoice within minutes of placing the order showing shipping was $40 ! now been sent, called and was told sorry we couldn’t cancel your order as it had already been posted when you called to cancel.

Seeing all these similar reviews I am now going to make a formal complaint with FairTrade, seems they are making a living off shipping cost alone, bit of a scam going on.

Poor service, dishonest shipping costs – Ordered a small box of one particular product. Order was shipped through Sendle, using Aramex (terrible couriers) and not delivered. Bulk Wholesale. When I contacted Bulk Wholesale (who had received my shipping refund, but evidently decided to keep it themselves), they told me that the refunded amount was actually only $12 (the true shipping cost) and that I should have read their T&Cs before ordering from them, if I didn't want to be aggressively overcharged on postage. Buyer beware, I guess. Eventually got a refund ($12, of the $45 charged), but customer service was thoroughly unapologetic about the company's policy of ripping people off through postage charges, and pretty rude.

After waiting 3 months patiently only to be told they wanted to increase the price! – Purchased a product 3 months ago. It ended up out of stock. Now that the product is in stock and available to send, they tell us that since ordering and paying for the product it has gone up in price and wanted us to pay more money. we’ve waited patiently for 3 months and now still don’t have any of the product. So thanks very much. I was actually looking forward to purchasing bulk cleaning products from the same store but very happy that I didn’t do so.

should receive on Friday(next day)or Monday latest. Come Friday nothing, come Monday nothing. Emailed Thursday that I would like refund, still no response. Emailed again the next day as a complaint and still no response. Called today and lady says well your order is here ready to go but you had emailed for refund (like this was my fault) I can't be bothered chasing up and it's been 2 months now since I ordered. I ask that they please Refund my money to which lady said sure our refunds are done on the weekend and my asking for a confirmation that its refunded was too much i have to wait for funds to show on my account. Never have i dealt with such poor service.

Extremely disappointing in complete lack of customer service. Non-existent communication – Our order has taken so long (2 months) to arrive that we decided to cancel ot as it was no longer needed or wanted. I have at least 3 times for it to be cancelled and our money refunded. I have never received a reply and now it has turned up at our door! Extremely poor/non- existent customer service.

Terrible customer service, not meeting lead times and lousy ecommerce/web experience – We bought hand sanitizers close to $3k in total, on 19 March 2020. At the time it said on the website that the handling time was 14 days (Even though about 1 week after we ordered, they changed the handling time on their website to 21 days...). history of our orders. We rang in multiple times, and on multiple occasions there was an automated answer saying they are too busy to take calls. We sent many many emails asking for the status and received NOTHING back. Luckily we paid via paypal and we raised a dispute 2.5 weeks after making the order. Today 12 April 2020, Paypal forced the company to fully refund us, thank you Paypal! To this day, we have received NO COMMUNICATION from the company. Very disappointing! Terrible customer service, terrible ecommerce experience (their website doesn't render well on any browser)
