date so I don't think it has anything to do with expiration, however I did look at the ingredients list and I noticed there seems to be additional thickners added. They have listed Guar gum,locust bean and a seaweed extract which I haven't noticed before. This could result in the pasty, mush mouth feel I'm experiencing. Usually cottage cheese is an individual curdy cheese in a smooth base feel plus a normal dairy taste, this version has an almost sour/bitter finish. Not pleasant at all! Why Bulla?? Why take an iconic staple and do this, others who are unfamiliar or unaware may not mind but I for one cannot continue to purchase this product as is. Such a shame I can only guess it has something to do with your productions bottom line in this current economy. Another one bites the dust!!!
