Professional A1 service – So often I'm disillusioned with service. Not here. Bunbury Batteries n Radiators was professional from the minute I walked in the door. I had an hour to check and obtain a new battery for my Mitsibishi. They saw to me straight away, diagnosed, priced then fitted a new battery within no time at all, all the while conversing in a relaxed friendly manner. Highly recommend their business and the friendly staff add to the experience.

Ordinary – Chosen for claimed expertise. Maybe we lucked out? Result=Too many visits to fix basic A/C issues, and then came away with potential future problems,temporary fixes and additional problems we [may] now have to resolve.(Elsewhere) We missed the signals>Whispering conversations between staff, rather than discussions with us> as the customer. Biggest issues, 'attitude' and obvious inability to communicate (both ways and internally) Disorganised.We felt like fund providers. We felt less welcome than we deserved to be,and as though we have no mechanical insight on 2 out of 3 occasions. Basically despite the spend and lost time, we still feel like "the fix" won't last. Will update in 6 months.
