Driver was yelling and told people to get off but he let them vape and call him dumbass they broke the back door and cracked the front one kicking it on 747 to Marston park i did not feel safe at all on bus number 1171

Why does every person of african looking origin NOT pay their fare. Do they have a special deal going? Can I get that deal too? Just unbelievable. Bus drivers are wonderful to put up with that crap!

The bus was early and I missed a very important meeting. I hate when the bus is early. Next time the bus is early I am going to lose my crap and attack a bus driver.

As I was getting off of the bus today it was the last stop I was the second person to get off at the front of the bus he decided to close the doors as I was stepping out they hit me before this I tapped on and off and even said thank you to the driver before he did this it was after 12 last stop was mt Druitt also he didn’t look at me after and did not apologize just looked straight ahead

Since when did the busways drivers decide to stop using their hydrolics at the door to make it easier for people with prams! Not impressed at all for the lack of care!

In the afternoon when I get onto the bus 751 I always have the kindest bus driver ever (the best bus driver ever) he is kind and he has my respect, he is kind and caring about everyone. I highly recommend the bus 751 if you are in Marsden Park trying to get to Colebee

The bus driver saw me walking not even 2 minutes from the bus stop and he/she drove straight past and yes I did signs but apparently that doesn't matter anyway

Couldn’t even wait one minute for me to get to the door – I was at the corner of the street and ran to the bus however he closed the doors and just drove off couldn’t even wait a second for me to get to the door

Poor decision making – Poor consultation with customers when changes are made. Disallowing electric scooters while allowing large bikes is illogical and not in accordance with their ‘sustainability’ and ‘eco friendly’ policies. The bus service should be run by govt again because this company lacks any accountability.

Worst bus company ever – Always late, constantly speed, won't wait until your seated to take of and yesterday took the wrong route, should be able to give them zero and even zero would be too much.

Epping the 288 service. The service now starts/stops at Macquarie Centre like we all can afford to pay a days parking fee there to actually get the bus. If you can't afford that you have to walk the 30 mins each way or hope a 550 comes somewhere near the time get on/off the 288 service at Macquarie Centre. It's like none of the people that do the timetabling have ever actually used public transport. How has our NSW bus service become so useless under Busways control?

again crossed lanes and used no indicator. No only does he not use his brain but is going to injure or ... Someone in his bus or out on the road by his reckless driver. I get that there is not enough drivers but train or get this driver out of your buses!

Thank you – Thank you very much to Armind for his help this morning in the Yarramundi area when my sons school bus missed his bus-stop altogether. Armind kindly made sure my son got to school on another bus and also advised the school of the delay. Many thanks Armind, your kindness was very much appreciated today.

Rubbish – Buses continuously get cancelled over a 12 month period now, including back to back services which lead to over crowding. I have sent multiple complaints with minimal improvement. Unfortunately I can’t give a 0 star.

I don't like busway – They drive buses to fast slam brakes on go to fast over potholes where I live in North St Mary's they do not run on a public holiday the 1st bus goes around 9 last bus is around 3 what a joke weekday

West Gosford industrial route is an absolute joke – Can't stand the drivers that don't bother taking the west Gosford industrial route after Somersby. Lazy cnts have wasted so much of my time and money. And no buses on the weekend!? What about the people that want to get too work???

Connect the dots – Buses are constantly late (sometimes by up to 8 minutes) which means quite often commuters miss the connecting buses & trains. Many of the drivers also act like picking up or dropping off is a chore.

the buses need to be brought back all the bus timetables at the buses give times for that time of the morning but when you search for it on the app nothing shows up someone’s not doing their job properly.

anyone could let you get on a bus when they knew they were in the stop at the wrong time and the correct bus was behind also in the wrong place is beyond me.Surely if a bus gets in early there should be a place to park until the correct time for him to leave,or the bus door should have been closed forcing you to look for the correct bus,and the driver telling you where the right bus is when it is in the wrong place. When I rang about this I was told if it happens in future to check if the bus is parked in the wrong stand behind the correct stand,no I did my part I was at the correct stand at the correct time,the driver is at fault not me.I cannot understand this attitude. I had a long walk with heavy bags because of being on the wrong bus and I have no assurance that this will not happen again,keep the doors shut if you are in the wrong stand,don't let people get on thinking they are on the right bus for goodness sake,keep the doors shut until it is time for you to go,but you should not be there at all.

Very bad service – There buses are always late not late like 2 or 3 mins late like 8 mins or 10 mins and that the second bus in timetable i live in Kellyville Ridge so I don’t have other buses options on Saturday and Sunday

Never on time – Worst public transport service in Sydney. They’re always late. Their buses are really old and very polluting even though they claim having a clean fleet. I can’t believe they let this buses in the streets.

Bus drivers – I have a bus driver who specifically goes slow just so the students on my bus can’t get off the bus and catch the other bus to get to school early, some of us have things we have to do so we have to get to school early to do those things, I am very unimpressed ... some bus drivers are good tho

Can't live without them – I always take Busways to Broadmeadow and back to Forster drivers are very nice and friendly to passengers highly recommend to customers also very easy to book at short notice please never stop going from Forster to Broadmeadow and back
