he needs to meet another customer and I'll need to take an Uber instead! So I'm running across the terminal trying to find him with heavy luggage and 2 small children! Eventually we've managed to find him (on the opposite direction) just before he was about to take off. Needless to say, when we arrived at the Busy Beaver carpark there was no one there and the driver was just hanging around the counter. Fantastic customer service...

this, he mentioned that a third party is used to do the washes and he felt they were not doing this well. Upon further inspection, we noticed some pitting/cracks on the front bonnet which we then discussed with another person on site. This employee again advised us that the cleaning was a third party and this was not the first time customers had comments about damage or a poor wash in recent months. We lodged this with the customer service team and asked to see the footage. They denied us access to see the footage which they would watch themselves. They came back to say the wash was performed to their satisfaction and that they took no liability for the damage due to their panel beater advising the paint corrosion was most likely due to bird feces although we checked prior to parking the vehicle and these were not on the car which is only 2 years old. I would suggest anyone booking this company take multiple photos of the car prior to dropping it off in every section internally and externally. I would also suggest recording your interaction with staff also.
Worse customer service!. Simply need money! – I had to cancel my reservation (well in advance) due to COVID19. They offered me a refund. All the other businesses (Jetstar, Hotels, Virgin) they all extended the validity without even asking any questions.
I used their services around 10 times before (. One time they parked my car outdoor even though I paid for the undercover. When I asked, they said they just moved it. But engine was really cold, dust and bird poo on the roof!.
I found Melbourne Airport parking https://parking.melbourneairport.com.au/en/ which costs me $72 (Busy Beaver quoted 104 - outdoor) much more cheaper than them.
Just do your research and stay away from these dodgy businesses. They don't keep their word!.

other day - BB are lucky to have someone with such a customer focused attitude. I find it such a great convenience that you can just park your car at their front door, get straight on their minibus within 5 minutes and be at your check in within another 10 mins. I've always been picked up from the airport within about 12 minutes (at the most) and to have my car waiting for me right there as pick up my keys....... well, that's worth a lot. They always look after my ute well and sometimes I use their car cleaning service too which is good. Great job Salman and BB. Thank you. Kate L
Follow-up · Have my car with BB for another week this week. Really friendly and quick service as per usual. Love being able to drop my car right at their front door and get onto their minibus to the airport within about 5 mins of arrival!

I left my car with Busy Beaver once again on Wednesday of last weeks for 3 days. As always it was a wonderful experience - I was at the airport within 15 mins of dropping my car off. I must say Salmal who collected me from the airport was such a lovely guy, we had a good chat on my way back to collect my car.

Flew in Thurs 28th august 5.25pm. 2 of us 1 suitcase 27kg. Toilets reduced in number due to being out of order. Carousel for luggage changed didn't hear announcement. Long past time to meet with shuttle bus. The good news SALMAN the good Samaritan smiling face and cheerful welcome had us to our car no problems. A good relaxing finish to a going sor holiday ending. TY SALMAN busy beaver alert and on the job.

Poor service – Good shuttle and friendly drivers. but we won’t be using their charging service for $50 again. it’s a con. Charged from 20 to 50% over 3 days of attempted charging and that’s after multiple messages to corrected it. we ended up wasting 45mins of our trip finding another charger after a long flight. Management needs to know it’s the service we pay for so keep your attempted $25 refund and you can have this review.
Damaged item – Booked my car in for parking and a car clean with Busy Beaver over the Easter break. I had left a fishing rod lying across my back car seat in 2 pieces (it's a 2 piece rod that comes apart). investigated it and came back saying they couldn't see it being broken on their footage and therefore could only offer me a $50 voucher for the next time I park with them, which is little compensation for the $150 item that was broken.
Won't be using them again and don't suggest you use them if you don't want anything damaged in your car.
Don’t bother with undercover – Usually love Busy Beaver but a bit disappointed that when buying undercover parking. I thought this meant indoors but instead was under an open sided roof with obvious exposure still to the elements. Anyway wouldn’t pay for undercover ever again but everything else fine.

A first time user of this service and I was most impressed. It all ran like clockwork even when I tried to disrupt pickup at the airport by waiting at the wrong spot. The driver did another lap of the airport drop off/pick up zone to pick me up at the right spot. He was unfazed and most considerate of my mistake. Definitely will use this service again if I need long term parking.
Great service, very friendly staff at the reception as well as the drivers. Sent vehicle to pick me up immediately on my way back even when it was only me to be picked up. Driver Salman was really helpful and friendly.
Unscrupulous! – I booked parking for 16 days two weks ahead. hen i found out that my flight was cnaceleld the day before -- I ghave 24 hour notice to Beaver Parking that I could not travel on the date booked. They refsued to refund me the money or provide the Voucher for furture parking as they stated on their cancellation notification.
Not again after horrible experience with unqualified staff. NOT recommending to any travellers! – Arrived 7pm from Goldcoast .After 5 days picked up our car, it won’t start . Told us key battery flat. Had to pay $120 for the locksmith. Spend $50 for dinner while waiting for the locksmith 45mins. Had to wait 30 minutes for them to move the car in front of ours after they said it was ready – I have used these guys quite a few times and they used to be very good. with me about how busy beaver were parked in his space (he works next door) The Busy Beaver staff didn’t seem overly bothered by all this drama. I suspect it is a regular occurrence. Seems like either staff have been cut or greed has got the better of service. Our complaint to staff was met with a “well we are very busy” I suppose it is in the company name. Perfect place to leave your car – Busy Beaver is easy to get to. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Prompt drop off and pick up. Staff went above and beyond with a lost property issue. Highly recommend these guys. First place I’ll call next time I’m flying out.
