Disappointed on delivery date – Uk order on Australian website, give a rough idea of date of delivery. payment is taken a complete different date. Very disappointing for Grandson, have to wait over 10 days for presents from his grandparents. It would have been quicker to post them from uk.

VERY Scary.....be warned. They are removing all customer information from customer account – I have been chasing 2 refunds from BuyInvite (Ozsale) since last December & although 2 returns were authorised by Ozsale, I have only received one refund although Ozsale has acknowledged they received the 2 returns. When trying to follow-up on the status of the 2nd refund, I've tried to communicate with BuyInvite via their Contact in my account. Today when I went to my account, all my purchase history has gone, all my Contact history has disappeared. This is scary stuff. No matter how I tried to initiate a new Contact, nothing happened. Furthermore, I cannot see any of my purchase history at all, everything has been erased. What does this mean? To me it indicates the company is either going out of business/has major technical/internet issues/hasn't got the right tools to support customer database/ is breaking the law by not retaining customer records etc. I am escalating these issues to the ACCC. This is a WARNING, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

Refunds Never Received! – This company withholds refunding for returned items that are faulty or not as described or incorrectly supplied. Extremely rude to customers. Give you the run around when you raise questions as to where your refund is or why the refunds are taking so long, even when the goods have been returned with tracking numbers etc. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BUYINVITE or their other associated companies. EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH!!!!
