Got what I ordered. Only complaint is that I had to email them and ask what the delay was before they shipped the power board. Since I paid for the higher cost DHL shipping, they should have known I wanted it quick. In any case, they wanted me to know that I would have to pay the import charges. DHL dinged me with Trump's Tariff (tax on consumers), with a 100% surcharge.

Waste of time and money, DO NOT USE – I was looking for a replacement fan for a humidifier. They had the product on their website, so I ordered it. request to email in a picture and why would I have to send in a picture of the fan I wanted? If the part # is listed on your website, there should be no confusion.

So I take a picture of the fan I need replaced and email it to them. They say the part is on the way.

I wait and wait. I check the tracking and the fan NEVER LEFT China, according to the tracking system, the customs people in China refused to let the package be shipped and returned it to the sender.

What really irks me is that after they received the part back, they never contacted me! They obviously don't care about what happens and would've kept my money if I hadn't asked for a refund.

I'm going to buy the fan elsewhere at a higher price because it's NOT WORTH DEALING WITH THIS WORTHLESS COMPANY.

New powersupply card – Nothing negative about the seller or site. 12days shipment from china to sweden,super fast with cheapest shipment method. The card was packed in bubblewrap (several layers) and in a reinforced cardboardbox. The tv is now up and running thx to buyqual. Will order more when im in need.

They part came broken and it's impossible to have my money back or a new part – BE Carefully with BUYQUAL! I'm a long of 3 months trying to contact them to sort this problem but they don't give me any feedback. I wanna a new part or my money back. I am still waiting their answer to fix my TV. I sent them videos about the damaged power supply board.
